People have forced my hand so I am making a few powers Forbidden and some Restricted.

Please let the Captain know if there are anymore powers that should be Forbidden or Restricted

Forbidden & Restrictions:

Death:
Forbidden: You can not out right and kill someone. unless it's your character.
Restrictions: But you can bring someone back.

Time:
Forbidden: You can not control time
Restrictions: You can only control time in a small area (And limit on the amount of post it can be controlled) or your self. But please check with me on the Time powers.

Alter reality:
Restrictions: You can only alter reality for so long.
