On a planet many thousands of light years from earth, a place we will never reach, where magic and dragons rule supreme, the Oppression exists.
The Oppression isn't a magical thing, although it is bolstered by it. What the Oppression is is the tyrany of humanity towards the other races. Humans have enslaved all non-pure humans on the planet, using them for slave labour. As humans reproduce like rabbits, they have always been in charge. They have learnt the elven magic, the dwarven stone working and the gnomish ingenuity. They have shackled dragons and enslaved demons, always making sure that, if anything should escape, that it was either killed or re-captured.
Now, in some of the remoter parts of the planet, deep underground, among the mountain ranges and on the bottoms of the oceans, cultures survived without the Oppression. They barely survived without resorting to raiding, which would quickly gain the attention of the humans if they did.
One area of the planet, however, was completely inacessable to humanity. Beyond sheer cliff faces and bottomless chasms lay a firtile land where humans had rarely set foot. Very few people managed to pass the barrier and those who did either joined the others or died quickly. The others, of course, were the elves, dwarves, gnomes and every other race that had managed to survive the humans. They lived freely, working the bountiful land and living without slavery.
Then, the human wizards managed to find a way through the barrier with magic, creating two way portals into the free lands. The human armies swarmed through and started destroying everything. Little did they know that the free people could fight back...

Weapon(s): An enchanted Halbred. It's blade cuts through almost everything.
Magic:
Heal: Frenth can cast light healing spells. He cannot mend bones, unless they are straightened first, cannot regenerate limbs or heal mortal wounds.
Boost: Frenth can, for a short time, increase the speed and strength of his movements.
Flicker: For a short time, Frenth can disappear and reappear. He can do this at will, but only about 5 times a day and must rest before being able to do so again.
Bond: Frenth and Yolanda, his sister, share a psychic bond. They can send each other messages instantly and know what the other know s, occasionally acting like the other. Through this bond they can share their magic.
Appearance: ((Finding one))
Personality: Frenth is fairly carefree, but can be as cold as ice when he needs to be. He is a clear thinker, even though he may not be the wisest of people. Being a fairly charismatic person, he has the ability to put people at ease without too much effort.
Short Bio: Frenth lost his family fairly early in the war. A battery of archers cut his family from the air, slaughtering all but him and his sister. Since then, he and his twin sister have swore to see the end of this war, even if they die trying.
Anything else: A pair of armlets which he recieved from his sister on their 250th birthday. The silver armlets have birds etched into their surfaces.

It blocks whatever attacks it can. Her longsword is enchanted with the escence of lightning, shocking whomever she hits. Magic: Heal: Yolanda can cast light healing spells. Mirror Image: Yolanda can create mirror images of herself or her brother hat can act independantly from each other and herself. Invisibility: Yolanda can turn herself invisible for short periods of time. Bond: Yolanda and Frenth, her brother, share a psychic bond. They can send each other messages instantly and know what the other knows, occasionally acting like the other. Through this bond they can share their magic. Counter spell: Yolanda can counterspell some spells. Shield against spell: Yolanda, manipulating the magical energies in everything, can give someone spell resistance. They don't have to do anything and some spells cannot get through. Backfire: If Yolanda is successful at casting this and if the person she affected attempts to cast a spell, the spell will backfire, blowing up in their face. Anything else: A necklace that she recieved from Frenth on their 250th birthday. It has three pearls together, surrounded by little, almost worthless semi-precious gemstones.

As the couple fled from the humans repeatedly, a child was born. She was very human in apearence except for her dragon eyes and her dark dragon wings. Soon later, the dragon Lord was killed in a fight to stop humanity, and the bride mortally wounded. Lydia was given to an ederly aunt who took care of her. She always wears the necklace her mother had given her before she died.

Appearance: Cropped red hair and sharp green eyes, tall and thin, and an uncompromising expression always on her face.
Personality: Lorzerai is vicious and uncompromising. She believes all the non-humans on the world were put there just for the humans' convenience.
Short Bio: Lorzerai was raised looking down and being cruel to non-humans. As a very young child she had a cousin that was part dwarf. They were friends until Rai was told that her cousin was part dwarf and that she was beneath playing with Rai. Lorzerai was taught to bully her cousin, and has been in the habit since.
Anything else: I just realized this may not be quite a sci-fi type roleplay, and I can change my characters weapons if necessary.

It's good. A little tech can change the entire RP a little. Shouldn't affect it too much.
I'd like one more non-human to join before I start.
Creiaei, you may find it hard to RP a human, but I'll allow it anyway. Just remember that you will be on the other side from the non-humans and you might find it hard.
