I have learned something phenomenal.
If you have had trouble getting closer to God, there is one simple thing to do.
Do what he tells you to do, don't ignore him telling you to talk to someone. Pray that he gives you little chances to do that everyday.

Your private time is the most important, go and lock yourself away with him. He has a burning desire to be close to you just as you do to him.

This is so true. Every time we respond to what God tells us to do with action, we draw nearer to Him and He nearer to us.

Thank you for posting this, It's a good reminder to make sure we get our quiet time with the Lord!

God speaks to us in various ways. sometimes for me it is music. I think about what I am singing and what I am saying. sometimes it is though daily one on one with our dad. though the bible. I was reading Jonah and having a bad day and after i read it God reminded me to TRUST him. smile sometimes it can be a good thought. I feel like i should help that person on the side of the road. then if you help you could end up sharing Jesus with that person. smile you never know. there are just many different ways.

I feel lucky I found this guild smile I think I can learn a lot from you girls.
