So, a fair chunk of Duremites know about my bf, right? Well...Now he's my ex. There wasn't much I was getting from the relationship anymore, and it was seeming more and more that I was just the person to keep him in line, and not actually someone he cared about. So I told him quite honestly why I was dumping him, and he took it rather well. And we're still friends, just...not dating anymore.

I'm sorry it ended that way, Drey, but good for you! People often let relationships drag on even when they aren't getting anything out of it.

Sorry to hear about that Drey but I also agree with Grim. Also at least you two are still friends, most of the people I know in real life that have that happen can't stand each other. I hope for the best.

I'm proud of your decision.
If you aren't getting anything and there is no love/feeling behind the relationship, there isn't much of a point in staying together.

I know how you were feeling when you weren't getting much out of it.
