I just got my copy of O4B today, and they have included a way to increase your chances of getting twins! I filled out the survey when I registered and they sent me a free hint/cheat in my email... it said:
Looking to add some twins to your family? The medical powers of Cheesecake might be for you. Have a slice before you 'Try for Baby' and you may be surprised with the results!
"Here here" to cheesecake! Maybe my legacy family will have some twins now! Yay!
I'm assuming this only works if you have O4B because that's when you get cheesecake! *yum!*

Also, if your sim is pregnant put 'forcetwins' into the cheat window & you are guranteed twins. I heard the cheesecake way just ups your chances.

yeah, the force twins cheat is there too, but if you're playing a legacy challenge like me, I'm pretty sure that'd be off limits, where as the cheesecake trick would be acceptable cause it's not a guaranteed method! xd

i don't know... i haven't tried it yet. Maybe you order it at a resturant or something? then try for baby in the car? (or other convenient public place) If your sim's cooking skill is up, they may even be able to make it themselves at home. Sorry that's all the help I can offer up! confused

She has to have a certain cooking level to be able to make it herself. I had them try it out and they did in fact have twins. I decided to do it with generation one. I finally got a boy though. Kimora ended up having 3 girls and one boy. xd

Twins are a pain in the a** though. I was lucky to have two teenagers in the house though. That's the only reason Kimora and Ian didn't go totally crazy.

Twins ARE a pain with no cheats... I was all excited for the first third generation birth in my Legacy family, and it turned out to be twins... NOT fun.

>.< I think I'm a twins addict now. Curse you, OFB! Since I learned of the new methods, I have gone absolutely twins crazy. I can't think of one sim pregnancy that hasn't resulted in twins.
My poor sims are losing their minds.
