The Dispatch Tones Sound off to all Stations.... 04:00 AM District 30 all available Units Respond to The Durem Hills Harbor #2, Yacht Capsized with possible Surviving Civilians on board.....Police on Scene requesting Additional Units and Fire Police to Report as Traffic Control......Condition on Yacht is still Stable, We received a 911 Call from The Captain of The Vessel....We guess there are around 6 to 8 People on Board, The Rest of Crew is not Present their Presence is Currently Unknown........ Chief Clark was in His Office at Station 3-2 when He heard the Call go out........He spilled his freshly brewed that Spectre had bought him and ran down the Hallway and Hopped onto Command 302 and sped out of The Station to The Harbor........ This is Chief Clark to Central Responding in Command 302 requesting all Available Fire and EMS Staff to Respond Over........

Unkempt rolled on his side and grabbed his radio. unkempt to central, responding to the harbor from the 500 block. He jumped out of bed and muttered under his breath "Started to miss this job a little bit." He grabbed his clothes and threw them on quickly. When he got to his truck, he quickly hopped in, started it and drove off before the door was closed. he hit the switch for his light bar on his roof, shifting into first gear, then second, third, and fourth, racing towards the harbor.

Central show 54 en-route, Via marinal purposes (Boat 1) "Boat one on local, i'm 7 minutes out, Whats the situation?" Nemesis leaped from his desk and ran out to the Ambu Station dock our back and then slid into the drivers area of Boat 1, He pushed the throttle forward and turned on this ships siren.

Command 302 to 54, We have a Capsized Luxury Yacht with Multiple Civilians on Board. There aren't any Signs of Punctures in The Hull so we don't know how The Yacht Capsized Over..............We need to figure out how to get them out cause it looks like It's starting to Shift on The Starboard Side, I am still En Route to The Harbor

Chief 3 to A-142, Negative....Engines 31-61, Engine 32-61, and Engine 32-62 are on Scene............Truck 31 and Rescue 32 are responding.... Clark saw the Large Yacht Capsized and hoping that there are Survivors still On Board.......... Command 301 to Central, Requesting Aerial Support from Copter 2 Copy?

This is 54 I'm On Scene As Nemesis arrives on the scene he clocks the command truck to his left and pulls at the harbor space behind it.

Barton Central, Durem Marine 41, Chief 24's on the water. "Marine 41 to Barton Chief 3, how many divers am I going to need to splash?" Spectre asked as he grabbed his radio and wet suit.

"Chief 3 to Chief 24, I'd say about 4 Divers....We still don't know how many there are in The Yacht, I wanna say about 10, The rest of the Crew is MIA........I'm thinking Unbalance Ballast Tanks or something flew the crew off or something I don't know Though....Should we have Your Guys in and send 4 of My Guys on the Hull of the Yacht and K12 part of the bottom in case some of them are trapped?"

"Negative, DO NOT cut the hull." Spectre said, with a tone of warning. "You cut that hull, and the boat will sink. The only thing holding that boat up is air pressure. Are any of then Dive qualified?"

"Ok, as soon as we get there, set up a plan and splash them." Spectre said as he looked at the boat's GPS to see how far out they were. "We're about 3 minutes out, we'll do likewise."
