Welcome to The Banner Charity Alternate Thread. ^^ I am Dranzer92, a 13 year old female grade 8 student who felt like helping people out one day. I finally figured out that I don't belong anywhere but the Charity/quest forum. So, I'm going to make everyone free banners! For your minishops, shops, guilds, bars, lotteries, quests, charities, clans, petitions, etc. etc. etc. This is the alternate thread for my Charity here.
Right, ok. I don't exactly know what to put here. sweatdrop Last year, Dranzer was sitting in her room listening to Linkin Park tracks while she stared out the window. At this time, she was a member of gaia, although not a very rich one. She thought of all the rich gaians, and all the poor charities and organizations that were simply overlooked by donaters. An idea emerged then, the thought of starting a charity of some sort, perhaps an art charity or something of that sort. Seeing as she had no scanner, but graphics programs, she started the very first banner charity on Sunday August 14, 2005. It was in the chatterbox, and very unsuccessful, but she kept it up, bumping alone, daily. She moved it here after a couple weeks, and it has continued to thrive with the support of many kind gaians. At The Banner Charity, quality banners and commitment are all that matter. The reason why it was started is still unknown.....
As you can see, this is my charity, it is a part of me and a symbol of what I have become and acheived. Everything on gaia I have done by myself, up until this day. The difference is, the only way I'd be able to run TBC, is with the help of my friends who have supported me throughout the long months. The are worth more than any of the items I own or dream of owning.
