Welcome to my Maneki Neko breeding thread!
The slots here are RP-exlusive, and offspring are likely to inherit a parent's line edits.

I may reopen my thread in June, if I see plenty of RP happen before then.
(If not, I'll do customs instead.)

• Adult Maneki Neko "breed" when Inari combines the spirit energy of both parent nekos.
There is no "bow-chika-wow-wow," and homosexual couples can breed.

• Kittens cost 10k each.
Payment for breedings should be sent to me (not the shop mule).
The total amount can be split between owners however they like.

• My breeding slots are RP-required.
Couples must have had at least three different RP encounters which show
interaction and character development to qualify for a breeding slot.
These RPs do not necessarily have to be romantic.

• Maneki Neko cannot breed consecutively.
This means that nekos must rest their spirits by waiting through one whole round of
breeding after they have had kittens before they are able to breed again.

• The number of kittens that a couple will have will be determined by Inari's judgement (RNG).
RP'd couples can have between two to five kittens.

• Each owner may only keep one kitten.

• Owners MAY NOT sell their kittens.
After the owners have their first pick among the kittens,
the remaining kittens must be given away for free to newbies or friends.
The kittens can also be given away in the Contests & Giveaways subforum.
Owners also have the option of giving the kittens back to the shop,
where they will then be sold, and both owners will be rewarded 25% of the profits.

• Please be very patient if your couple wins a breeding slot.
I could end up having to color anywhere between 16 to 80 life stages,
so it may take quite some time for me to complete my work.

Both owners of the potential parent-to-be nekos must confirm the pairing.

If either neko that you are entering has parents, you may include the cert URLs for the previous generation for possible genetic throwbacks.
