History: Ayato only has brief memories of his life before soul society. He knows he grew was born in the 1920's in Japan, and was a soldier during World War 2. He thinks he lost his right arm in battle and that is why when he came to Soul Society it was gone. He grew up in Rukongai 80 and realized he was at a large disadvantage for Strength because of his missing arm. So he trained on becoming as fast as he could, so he would be prepared for the eventual street fights that popped up all over District 80. By the time he reach 80 years old he had grown enough reiatsu in order to enter the Shinigami Academy. From there he quickly rose the ranks to become captain.

Shikai Appearance: The sword merges with the stump from his right arm to make a bird talon that replaces his missing right arm.
Shikai Power:
First Waltz: Odori no kaze Ayato use's his reiatsu to shift wind patterns and can some powerful bursts of wind to attack his opponents with.
Second Waltz: Katana no Kaze Ayato can shift the wind into the form of a sword, which will retain it's shape and strength as long as it is in Ayato's left hand.
Shikai call out: Fly, Kanaria

Bankai Appearance: Ayato's left arm also morphs into a bird talon and he gains large blue wings attached to his back.
Bankai Power: The bankai allows for more powerful versions of his shikai abilities as well as a tremendous increase in Speed. He can reach top speeds of Mach 3. However, reaching these speeds take a large amount of Reiatsu and he cannot use any of his other zanpakutou abilities for some time after he returns to normal speed. (amount of time varies depending how long he traveled and how fast he traveled.)
Final Waltz: kaze no kuchiku Ayato summons powerful gusts of winds in his wings that can blow any lose object away. If he puts more reiatsu into this he can even summon tornados.
