Weapon/Magic/Animal Style: Blackened Blood- Akki uses his black blood and his wavelength of madness in unison. What this does is opened wounds become pores allowing bits of hardened blood to be used as weapons. He can harden his body to deflect sharpened blades from taking limbs or cutting into vital organs and arteries.
Madness- Because of his madness and horrid wavelength every weapon he has tried to use in the past had gone insane and become unusable. Only one truly lost in the darkness like Akki can withstand his soul wavelength

Description:
History: Akki was once a scientist by the name of Alexander in the western states. His specialty was finding cures for ailments, such as continually mutating viruses and cancer. During intense research at the age of 20 he found something called black blood. It seemed to appear often across seas from where he currently resided. Taking a boat across seas and a brief case filled with notes and equipment he set off.
The black blood though risky, had properties of ignoring and repelling horrible blood born decease and the very ailments he struggled to cure. The drive to do so was the loss of his mother when he was a young teen. All his life to that point his beloved mother was sick and could never move much. It started a years after Alexander was born and to his memory she had always been sick since. His father torn by the illness and unable to pay for it fell to grief. He was good to his son but the poor child often watch his father drink himself to sleep and his episodes of anguish for his beloved. The pains of his past pushed a good nature man to a darkness he would never foresee.
As he started his investigations in the Russian meister academy he found evidence of residual black blood in the undergrounds of the city. Wishing to simply take a sample he came across a wave of madness that took over his body. In the depths of the Russian sewers Alexander came across a clown of sorts. Twisted and vile in every way its gaze tore the very soul of the scientist. The clown was weak from a past battle with a meister and could no longer move on its own. Detecting the sorrow of the man's past the clown took over his mind and soul.
To this day the body of a blond hair blue eyed scientist had been morphed to look slightly less human. His eyes are now pure red and his hair a mere shade of the dirty blond hair he once had. At the age of 22 Alexander started calling himself Akki and his previous family name replaced with Inakamono. His name was now Devil Clown and for two to three years after that fateful takeover the once weak scientist began to develop a powerful soul wavelength that can be used as a weapon for his twisted blood. It is true the blood can offer immunity to illness, but Alexander's mind is long lost. The twisted jester is only a shell of the former kind hearted human. And has recently crawled from his hiding with the most prominent meister academy in his sights. It was a student from there the former clown of madness was almost killed and driven into hiding. Now he looks for revenge on everything that would get in his way.
Personality: Akki is enveloped in madness in both mind and spirit even his visible wavelength is red and horrible evil. His actions speech and habits are all odd. Everything about him is nothing but confusing and creepy leaving those who meet him very cautious when alone with him. He loves death and constantly talks about it. Peace and order for some reason is his enemy and unwanted in what is his ideal world. Though the evil and killing intent is obvious to the point of palpable he has a child like humor to him.
During fights and encounters he will make jokes, dance about, and even not pay attention at times. If an opponent is strong enough to pull Akki from his games and playing they will see the more morbid and sadistic side of his fighting. Akki will twist a writhe with a cheshire grin and walk about in a drunken looking stupor. However each movement is well placed and shows signs of intelligent battle strategy. For the few who can handle this character they will find a good ally with a cleverness under the twisted being he is today.
