She was the daughter of a vampire lord (not as powerful as Alucard, but pretty close to that), who was an S-rank Anbu Black Ops member at the time, and a pureblood vampire who was an A-rank Anbu Black Ops Member in his squad. One day, Yami asked the daimyo of her village to join forces, but he politely declined. Yami cast the village into darkness, raising the mountains from beneath the soil so that the village would only get 5-6 hours of daylight total every day, instead of the normal 10-12 it normally received. Crops suffered, trying to adapt to the loss of sunlight, people starved, and the village was hidden form the rest of the world for years, completely isolated without any contact with the outside world. Her parents invented a system that would work like a magnifying glass, to increase the sunlight's intensity safely and revive the crops. They also managed to make a system of tunnels that would make it easier to get in and out of the village. Her parents were heroes. However, she was cast in the dark, underneath their shadow, and all because of a dark being. Asami vowed revenge on Yami and sought her out, all while completing her missions like she was told. Her first mission as an S-rank Anbu Black Ops member was to travel to Lucius's kingdom and take out a tyrant to his throne (this was before Lucius got corrupted by power). She saw the king of vampires and observed him from a quiet distance. How he treated his subjects, his kingdom... it was something she longed for since the day her parents became too busy for her. Asami was tired of living as a shadow... she wanted to control shadows instead. She perfected her powers and her abilities to the best they could be and much more, becoming far stronger than her own parents combined. Then one day, when she went to tell them how she really felt all this time... it was too late and they were killed by Yami. She found that they left a note on the table, as if they foresaw this happening. The note read: "Dearest little raven, We're really sorry for leaving you alone all this time. The village needed us, and we had no time to spend with our little girl. We've always loved you, and hoped to see you again soon, but we were too late to stop the unstoppable. We hope to see you live a happy life from wherever we go next, and we hope that you'll forgive us. You don't have to forgive us... we were wrong to leave you by yourself. We wished to see you one last time, but this is the best we could do for you. No matter what happens, our love for you is eternal. These are our final words to you, although you should check the basement for something we've been meaning to give you ever since you became a Genin. We're proud of you and the strong soldier you've become. Love, Mom and Dad" As she read the note, she cried rivers. Asami noticed a key stuck to the back and took it off of the letter, saving the letter in her pocket for later. She headed down to the basement and tried the key on several locks until she found a long, black metal chest that the key worked on. Asami found her father's Elder Shadow Blade, a blade crafted from steel forged in the darkest of shadows, which was very light in her hands when she held it. It had a dark aura to it, perfectly matching her own. It also had a mind of its own. She wielded it with such masterful precision that she couldn't help but take it. Asami held it to her chest and whispered, "I forgive you... but I don't forgive what was done to you. I will never forgive Yami, and nothing can change my mind." She then spotted a dark, yet very luminescent bracelet from her mother, crafted from metal forged in the moon's silvery light and a scarlet gem that shone with the blood moon's glow. Asami put it on her wrist and felt such power surge through her, yet she felt completely calm. She closed the now empty chest and locked it, then put the key in her pocket. Years later, the war between light and darkness destroyed her village, so she fled to Lucius's kingdom to find an ocean of blood... and to find him gone. Asami wanted to see him again, so she secretly followed his aura and awakened him, then she left without a word. She hasn't been seen since then, until the time came to fight Yami. Abilities: Flying of course and the regular types of faerie powers, manipulating human's looks and making plants grow. Also making herself small and barely a wisp of light.
Strengths: For a fairly tiny Faerie it surprises most how strong she is. She doesn't have overwhelming muscles though. She's her strongest during a full moon -which has absoutley nothing to do with Lycans or vamps- that's when her powers are at their best.
Weaknesses: Being bitten. Vampires,...worship the stregnth and vigor and reguvenation they get from drinking faerie blood. They can go out in the sun and feel strong for days off of one drop. However, it's not as good for the fae. If Buterfly gets bitten she'll barely be able to function. If a pint is gone for instance she'll lose her powers.
Likes: Candy, Snow, the Color black, animals, nice people.
Dislikes: mean people, veggies, too bright mornings.
Personality: Butterfly is super sweet, having a kind, almost bubbly personality. She rarely gets mad, but when she does it isn't pretty. She's playful and likes to use her faerie powers to play tricks on people. She's flirty but shy around new people. Surprsingly enough, Butterfly is a little of a tom boy finding it easier to have guy friends because girls can be mean..
Background Story: Butterfly Rotharo was born in a small village; the land of the Fae as many know it. Her mother showerd her with love, maybe more than another mother was since Butterfly's mother was a faerie also and because she was a single mother. Butterfly's father had left her mother when she found out she was pregnant with Butterfly. Not having a father around obviously didn't stop Buttefly from favoring guys and not in a romantic way. She likes guys but believes their better as friends. She's too nice not to let her vampire friends get a n** of her "magic" blood but knows it should only be in moderation since she gets weakened. She's kind and about the only gothic faerie I think you would find. Her favorite color is black and so are most of her clothes , everone she meets finds it unique that she looks like that and yet is so sweet and innocent.

Personality: Cheerful and smiley, unless angered or sad Background story:Edmond is the son of a dragoon (a dragon-human hybrid) and a werewolf woman. Despite his father's draconic kin, he inherited traits of his mother instead. However, he makes up for this by having natural resistance to cold and some low level fire magics. He had a brother, Victor. Edmond and Victor always lived a happy life under the vigilant eye of Throm, their father and Myryam, their mother. They were thaught to conceal their wolf traits by their mom until the age of 15, where their ears and claws become uncloackable. When both boys reached the age of 21, Victor decided to go on a "personal journey to the south " as he called it. Edmond tried to convince him numerous times not to go, that they would live well with their family. But Victor decided to go anyway.2 weeks after his departure, a courier arriving bringing news. Nothing could prepare Ed and his parents for the incoming notice. Victor ...had died. Stabbed on an alley by a pawn of some occultist group, leaded by a mysteryous wolf man named Mastenema(meaning hostillity) Highly traumatized by his beloved brother's death, Ed's mental equilibrium became very unstable. He would get easily annoyed and would have uncontrollable bursts of rage, during which he would go on a rampage, killing people indiscriminately in the nearby village of Seth. This behaviour lasted 3 years, causing much sadness to his parents, who tried to contain him several times, but to no avail. Despite all of this, he never lost love for his parents. After suffering an emotional breakdown, Ed decided to deal with his problem the only way he deemed possible: By killing Mastenema. He travelled to the south, roaming for weeks in the city of Al-Kareth looking for information about Mastenema and his group. Apparently, the group was disbanded and Mastenema went underground, hiding in the old headquarters of his gang. Ed had no problems finding it. After breaking the doors to Maastenema's headquarters he looked around. "MASTENEMA!!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!!"- no one appeared to be in sight until someone moved from the shadows. Ed lost no time and immediatly pierced his belly causing the unknown person to fall on the ground, spilling blood everywhere and loosing its hood. Upon looking at the face of the person, saw a regular human. He shouted."Who are you and where is Mastenema?!" The man grinned. "My lord isnt here.."-he coughed spilling blood-"He went to obtain the mythical white dragon scarf in the whereabouts of Seth.."-upon saying this he died. Ed's face turned white from shock. Not because of the human's death, he was already used to killing them. but the white dragon scarf the man was talking about was his father's. Upon realizing this, he rushed back to his home. 2 days of intense running later, under heavy rain, he finally arrived. The scent of death invaded his nostrils. as he approached his home. He entered, only to set his eyes on a shocking sight, Both his parents, laying on the ground, slauhtered. By his father's corpse was his scarf, now blood red. Beside's the two bodies was a figure cloaked in black robes. "I was wondering where you were, Edmond..." Ed couldnt think. The only thing in his mind was the the visage of his brutally slaughtered parents. "MASTENEMA!!!!!! I WILL MURDER YOU!!!!!!" -having said this he immediatly pounced on his enemy with one single purpose: to kill. however, he was easily grabbed mid-jump and smacked to the ground. "You are being rushful like always..." "SHUT UP! YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!!!!"-Edmond yelled- "Quite the contrary...brother" -he laughed removing his hood- "WHAT?!"-Ed looked at Mastenema in shock. However, it was true. The one who mercilessly murdered his parents was none other than Victor. "Why? why?! WHY?! WHY, WHY, WHY DID YOU DO THIS?!"-Edmond screamed, tears rolling down his cheeks. "To obtain the ultimate power"Victor said. "Stop this nonsense!!! You are still Victor! not some occult gang leader!!! Please forget about power and come with me!!! I..I...I can at least try to forget what you did!!!"-Edmond said, knowing full well that he wouldnt forget that. Victor grinned and laughed. A maniacal, evil laugh. "You think I care about what you will do?! Die like these weaklings!!!"*a dark flame formed around Victor's hand. Ed quicky leaped up and kicked him on his face, before dashing upstairs looking for his father's most prized weapon. "GET HERE COWARD!!!"-Victor shouted, following his brother. When he finally reached him he noticed Edmond was holding a white scythe in his hand. "No way"-Victor said- "You cant use that!!!! Do you even know what that is?!" "Yes I know"-Ed said, brushing his hand on the scythe's immaculate white blade-"Alma Devore...the scythe that will steal the soul of his first victim and conduct its powers to the wielder"- Victor started to back away in fear- "No! You cant do this!!!!"-there was a silence that appeared to have last an eternity before Edmond whispered- "Die." -after saying this he swung the magic scythe down at Victor, slashing him in half.. however as soon as the move landed, Victor's body transformed into a black the steam that was absorbed by Alma Devore's blade, changing it from white to pitch black, like his victim's soul. Energy flowed into Ed's body causing him to shiver. After the sudden sensation of absorbing his brother's power disappeared, Ed muttered to himself. "Victor... I will put your dark powers to a good use." 2 days pass. Ed has buried the corpses of his beloved parents. His mind, at peace. Around his neck, the magic dragon scarf, reddened by his parents blood. And a strong will developed inside him. The will to rid the world of evil creatures like the demon his brother had become . He slowly started walking towards Al-Kareth.
