xxxxxx Before Outbreak||
Before the outbreak happened, Emily was a scout in the United States Military. She was alright at her job, but not exactly the best. In her downtime she stayed in an apartment in Philadelphia, a place she could proudly call home. She lived with her younger sister, who was 17 years old. Despite the occasional bickering they were good friends and truly loved each other. She was also a frequenter of the local shooting ranges outside of town. Other then that she had a boring life until the infection came around.
xxxxxx After Outbreak||
As the infection happened, spreading like wildfire, Emily abandoned her post in the military to help out in the Philadelphia fort. Her job was mainly to search for survivors and supplies. This she excelled at, as she knew the area like the back of her hand. It all went wrong when the fortress was infiltrated. While she escaped to the lowest basement she could find along with some other refugees, all she could hear was the screams and groans of victims outside. And her sister was out there. When it all died down, Emily managed to escape the fortress with her trusty mask and never looked back. She didn't lose hope, and believes that her sister is out there somewhere.

Emily fights off the infection by herself for now, continuing the search for her sister. All the while she drops off supplies to a known refugee camp on the border of Philadelphia.
