Jutsu Name: Sealing Technique: Tiger Vision Staring Bullet Jutsu Type: Sumijutsu/ Fuuinjutsu Jutsu Rank: S Duration: Takes two posts to complete Range: Description: After the user draws a gigantic tiger, the illustration extends from the scroll and while still connected, captures its prey with its teeth and claws, before dragging the victim back into the scroll and pinning them down within the confines of the drawing. Due to the enormity of the illustration, the user requires an extended period of time to complete the image, during which they need protection as their attention is devoted to drawing.
Jutsu Name: Sumijutsu: Black River Torrent Jutsu Type: Sumijutsu Jutsu Rank: A Duration: Single Post Range: 200 square feet Description: A technique derived from the Suiton technique "raging river force". The user pours their entire ink vial on the ground and creates a hand seal, applying chakra to the ink. Once done, the ink begins to mass produce by chakra enhancement. It spreads in a fast, pressurized manner in a forward direction and holds enough force to tear down stone structures as well as other weaker materials. This form of ink is flammable and in such large amounts is overwhelming to those with heightened senses involving the nose.
Jutsu Name: Sumijutsu: Tattoo Creation Jutsu Type: Sumijutsu Jutsu Rank: B Duration: Three Posts Range: Touch Description: The user, having the advanced knowledge of any and all art done with ink will create an image upon a target's skin using a needle which takes some time (3 posts of role playing applying the tattoo). The image is of the artist's choosing and cannot be removed by anyone but the artist. The tattoo costs nothing to be applied but can be brought to life by the person marked by it for an E-S ranked amount of chakra per post, just as the Super Beast Imitation does.Alternatively, the artist of the mark may preform a tiger hand sign and trigger the activation of the jutsu remotely. Activating the technique this way forces the bearer to pay the cost with thier own chakra as the image leeches off their body. Upon dissolving the tattoo or having it destroyed in combat, the bearer has a 3 post cool down before the ink is able to reform. The tattoo must be listed on the bearer's description along with its location on the body as well as a link to when the tattoo was applied.

The power of the vortex is enough to violently knock back an opponent up to 20 feet away just from a brief contact as well as deflect any lower ranking jutsu. Think ink is non-flammable. Last for up to 5 posts. When the jutsu is discontinued the ink is thrown out fifty feet in all directions around the user, spraying the battlefield.

This ink created purely from the user's chakra can break through solid stone obstacles, thus resulting in potentially grave injuries to anything caught in its wake. The ink created by this technique will flood the area (topic). The depth of the flooding pungent ink is 10 feet per post that it is in use, but it can only be generated for up to 3 posts. If the triangle formation of the hands is broken at any time, then the water torrent will cease to flow.

As grand as this process is, the gathering and manipulation of this ink is extremely fast and violent; it is capable of devastating the area immediately around the user just from its creation. The column reaches up to 80 feet into the air and essentially serves as a defense for the first part of its use. The user may proceed to manipulate the ink in this pillar with directing motions of their hands, giving near-limitless potential to the its use for the duration of the technique. The spiral-shaped column steadily recedes toward the ground over the course of its use, lowering by 10 feet per post. This technique can only be used for up to 8 posts.

Blue liquid bubbled up from inside the body sized capsule that had lain dormant for several years. As the liquid began to bubble from the introduction to oxygen into the tank the blue substance began to drain from an open port located at the base of the tank. Inside the containment capsule a blonde haired man would be floating stark naked. The man's body sank to the bottom of the containment unit as the nutient enriched fluid emptied and the capsule's glass walls would rotate opposite of each other and release him into the main body of the room. Around him was a laboratory. Several other tanks with other bodies similar to his own lined the hallway. The man stood, examining the surroundings as he took his first step outside the preservation unit. " I see...I must have died somehow." He stated plainly as he casually walked to the research room of the laboratory that was adjacent to the hallway entrance. He remembered many things. They were butchered memories though. As he dressed himself from a spare set of apparel from a small drawer he tired to piece the last memories he had encountered back together. He didn't have a full recollection. The only things he had memories of were what he had experienced before uploading the data he had collected into the tank. Fortunately, that had been only a few days prior to his death. Flashes of scenery came to him, images of people...they were all like reels of tape being played. " Fujimi..." He said as he recalled seeing the City of Commerce burned, knowing it was his brother. "...Chie..." He said trying to recall the last time they had spoken. It was all so blurry... Then the most vivid and haunting memory returned. " Tsuri-" he paused, unable to complete her name. " She chose that life over ours....he murmured, staring at his palms open before him as he sat in a tall wooden chair. He let the events that his previous vessel had encountered absorb into himself. He felt the heartbreak from losing Tsuriko, the concern from his brother's actions, the regret of not keeping in contact with Chie. " My previous self made quite a deal of mistakes and suffered much heartache." He stated, making a conclusive thought. He could not afford to suffer so much as he had before. He was a scientist after all. His family was indeed important and worth protecting but his research had to be completed....but why? Why was this his end goal? To research combining the genetics of multiple beings into a successful super human? It seemed that was the only thing he had focused on previously towards the end. More unfortunately, it seemed the issue with this process of revitalizing his body and mind did leave out the experience the body had undergone. He sighed, trying to exert chakra in a similar matter to how he had done in the past. " All gone..." he said with disappointment. It seemed Takumi had lost all his prowess. It was good perhaps, starting fresh and relearning.
The next question was simple to him, how much time had elapsed since his death? He had to presume it was some time.. It seemed the sensory units Takumi had launched to monitor his vitals and activate this body had been disabled or become inoperable due to time. "I should leave this place. Go see the world's transgressions over this time... Perhaps my family is still alive?" The Eldest Saegahara brother moved back into the hall he had birthed from just moments ago and would approach the opposite end. At that end was a ladder he scaled that lead back to the hidden enterence beneath the shinto statue. As he crawled from the hole and examined the area the statue was blotched with black stains. It was obvious this is where he had placed a clone to guard the laboratory previously. Covering up the hole, he ventured back towards the village.

It was his Mother's hope that her child would be given the disposition of a crafter and not a shinobi, giving him a much longer life. Unfortunately, the life of a crafter and a life of peace was not what lied in store for Takumi, nor his friends who roamed the streets of Takumi.
At the age of 11, Takumi City was attacked by a terroristic bombing in the district that forged weapons and had previously been bought out by the major Hidden Villages for arms and armor. While Takumi's mother was not one of the factory workers like his friend, Belamo's mother, who thankfully only lost an arm, he did witness the carnage of bodies being taken from the building as he and his future ally stood by in shock. While Takumi saw the carnage as evil, he then understood the value of violence and death as he watched the people around him tremble with fear of the UHV. Even as a child, he understood, the only way to combat evil was with evil.
That day his friend departed for the village hidden in the sound, rumored to be infested with the UHV forces. Belamos was determined to destroy UHV from the inside out. Takumi departed as well after his mother deemed the city was no longer safe. Takumi however, would be sent to Kirigakure. It was there that Takumi's father who had been absent for the entirity of Takumi's life was said to have moved in order to perform research and set up a medical facility. His father's medical research interested Takumi as he had read several of his father's books. His passion for fear and evil to combat evil combined with the medical potential his father's research had possessed drove him to a new life.
Upon arriving in Kirigakure, he presented the Mizukage with a letter of introduction. He was well received but his father had not been seen in the village for many years. Deciding this was still the best place for him to advance himself, he dedicated himself to pouring over his father's notes, learning the medical craft at a young age. He still had not resolved to joining the academy although his understanding of medical ninjutsu was vast.
Many years later, Takumi was en route from Takumi city back to the hidden mist after visiting his mother. Upon his return home, he witnessed a brilliant light. The teenager rushed to the scene. Upon arrival he would find several bodies belonging to UHV soldiers that would vanish in an instant with their reverse summoning armor. A girl remained, broken emotionally at first glance. Takumi would not ask questions, he understood the reality. He would offer the girl himself as a traveling companion. As they moved to kirigakure and the girl revealed her resolve to joint he academy, Takumi would finally commit himself to the arts.
Takumi and Belamos kept a steady flow of letters between the two via carrier birds. Takumi had begun to formulate a plot during his stay. He saw the lack of commitment to driving out the UHV from existance in other villages. His sight that showed him their weakness would drive him to create a force that would not be denied. A change would come to the world like a wintry wind.

First Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Harsh Elementalist → The user starts with an additional element at D rank. In addition, at C rank and A rank, the user receives an additional element each. Ninjutsu class slots are mirrored per element, including maruton. The Elementalist's wide understanding of the elements reduces the cost of their elemental ninjutsu by [1] whole rank without losing their potency but elemental ninjutsu cannot be lowered in cost beyond this. Additionally, the user can choose [1] elemental status effect upon the character's creation that will cruelly apply at [1] tier higher than the rank of the technique at a maximum of the fourth tier on contact.
Second Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Elemental Mastery → The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline. ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Ninjutsu Specialist: The user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm ninjutsu of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at B rank and three at S rank regardless of the number of elements the ninja has. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. If you have a kekkei genkai which requires two elements, and if both of the elements required are elements you have chosen to have overwhelming, then your kekkei genkai is also treated as having overwhelming.
