With school and life I've been getting about three hours of sleep a night for the last week. It's like I'm living from coffee cup to tea cup. Anyone have a secret to falling asleep quickly?

I use to be quite honest, what I started to do was force myself to wake up early and stay up and bout time I had to go to sleep I'll be knocked out within several minutes-20minutes which is really short for me whee

Oh how terrible ! _virtual hug_ sad I use to have terrible dreams where I feel like im getting choke and was not able to wake up. The last terrible one I had was someone put a gun to my head and actually pulled the trigger and my head juck but I still couldnt wake up !

The best advice I can give you against nightmares is the following:
- Don't eat spicy, salty, or sugary foods before bed. - Drink non-caffeinated herbal teas to calm the body. - Don't watch/read/listen to anything frightening before bed. - Exercise. - Fall asleep to calming music or sounds. - Make sure you're comfortable.
If the dreams have anything to do with past events in your life it's a good idea to see a professional to talk about any trauma that may be haunting your dreams.
I don't know if any of this will help, but I hope things get better for you soon, hun. :<
