There are several rules that you will need to abide by in order to remain a part of this guild. And I'm sure that if you're a loyal Muse fan; you won't want to get kicked out biggrin
1. As all good guilds go; the first rule is obey the ToS. Remember; if you don't, and you get me or Matt in trouble; there won't be anymore guild because they'll take it off us wink
2. No L33tspeak. You don't know how much this annoys me; and it totally will not be tolerated. If you can't be bothered to speak in proper English; then I'm afraid we don't want you here.
3. No unneccessary bumping. This is probably one of those rules enforced by Matt...he hates it when people bump for no reason. So unless stated in the first post that it is wanted; we will have no unwanted bumping.
4. If the first posts of a thread are extremely long; please refrain from not quoting the entire thing. It gets very annoying when you have to sift through pages and pages of the same first post; and it takes up a lot of space.
5. Try to stick to the Sub-Forum topics.
6. This is a Muse Guild; and we do want all of your opinions; but do remember that we want actual fans, not people that dislike the band for any reason; because they cause arguments and usually just do nothing to spam. So if you are a Muse-hater; remember that you have to get past us in order to get in; and we'll find you out.
7. That brings me to my next rule. No Flaming, no trolling and no hurtful comments towards fellow gaians. Follow the rule 'If you don't want it to be done to you, do not do it to others.'
8. If anyone is caught making 'Radiohead-Muse comparisons' you will automatically be pounced upon by one of us; and banned permanently!!111 biggrin biggrin Naw, they're cool. But don't provoke people. xD Feel free to say what you like.
9. Show absolutely no disrespect towards me; Matt (MatthewJBellamy), King Awesome, ICC (Invincible Cydonian Creep) or any of the crew members; or else we will permanently ban you; and you won't be coming back. Oh; and don't try using a Mule account...We'll more than likely find out who you are. After the first issue of banning; I will check out everyone when they join :3
10. Just one of the most important rules; 'No accusations towards staff'. Challenge us, all the same. You can correct us, or whatever...but just don't be rude, please. We're doing our best here.
I know it looks like there's a lot of rules; but it's nothing you won't have heard before biggrin Oh; and if you are reading; be sure to post about yourself in the Introductions Post. Have fun!
Oh; and don't be pressured into having to post constantly. Posting isn't something forced upon you to do all the time. We won't PM you telling you to be more active or anything. You're also not pressured to stay here if you wish to leave biggrin
Just one last thing: Do not send us PMs requesting to be a member of the crew. If we want to promote someone; we will do so of our own accord by finding a reason why. Begging for a high status will not get you anywhere. (I've put this; because I hear from people I know that several of their members do this. Let's hope we're all intelligent here; and we wont. 3nodding )
