This blooming forest of cherry blossom trees makes for a romantic scene. If you walk deep enough into it, you'll find a clearing with a glistening lake at its heart. This may be one of the only places that the Darkness has not yet tainted...

-Akari Akahana Akari soon reached the Blooming Forest and kneeled down to pick some of the flowers. As she picked some of the flowers from the ground, she sensed that War had snapped. "No... damn it! I should have stayed to watch him!" she yelled, mentally slapping herself for making such a fatal mistake. Akari quickly took off into the sky toward the Vampire's Covenant again and took the basket with her in case some of the flowers she picked could help in some way. gaia_nitemareright Bloodline Trait: Inactive -Exit: Vampire's Covenant-

-Kumiko Kohaku Kumiko arrived at the Blooming Forest and looked behind her to see if he followed her. She was willing to tell him about herself if he was willing to do the same, but she wasn't sure he would like the truth about herself and her past. gaia_star Current Form: Human Form

-Kumiko Kohaku gaia_star Kumiko felt Selwyn bump into her and turned to find him on the ground. "Are you okay?" she asked as she helped him up. Kumiko hoped he didn't get injured, especially because they were close to the lake within the forest. She sat under a tree and looked at Selwyn. "Come sit next to me. I won't hurt you and neither will anything else." Kumiko said with a smile. The petals were falling around her as the wind blew mildly and she didn't seem to mind it. She merely looked at Selwyn and smiled. gaia_star Current Form: Human Form

-Kumiko Kohaku gaia_star Kumiko blushed a little as Selwyn sat next to her. "So... what has been bothering you, Selwyn?" she asked, looking at him with sincerity in her eyes. Kumiko has never felt like this before. She didn't even know what she was feeling. I still live with regrets and broken memories... even though she saved me from the Darkness and helped me control myself, I have to live with that weight on my shoulders and that blood on my hands, which can never be completely cleansed. I may be only a half-demon, but I can still try to repair what I have broken." Kumiko said with a sigh, looking at the lake within the forest. She knew that she might have scared him with her confession, but at least she told someone she could trust. gaia_star Current Form: Human Form

-Kumiko Kohaku gaia_star Kumiko blushed and looked at Selwyn again. "I trust you too, Selwyn. I don't mean to hurt anyone unless they've done something to hurt my friends or my family. But once I change to my demon form, I lose my humanity almost completely. I don't want to go through my past again... I don't even know who my parents are... all I know is that I am who I am. I have only a few memories of my past... all of them were bad. I don't even know what I'm feeling right now besides guilt and sadness. I know I trust you, but I feel something else when I'm around you. It seems to be the same thing that Edmond and Akari feel for each other..." she said as she looked down at the ground and let a tear fall. She wasn't blushing anymore and she was clearly upset. "I'm so confused, Selwyn... how come humans know how they feel from the moment they are born to the moment they die? How come I'm half human yet I can't even explain this new emotion that I should be able to identify by name?" Kumiko said. Tears flowed from her eyes like rivers. She felt lost, confused, hopeless... was this even normal or was it not supposed to happen...? gaia_star Current Form: Human Form

"I've never felt this emotion before... it feels nice, yet it confuses me..." Kumiko said with a sigh, trying to calm down. She couldn't stop crying because of the confusion this was causing her. Kumiko wanted to stay with Selwyn, but she knew that she would change forms again if she couldn't calm down. gaia_star Current Form: Human Form
