If I had to vote for the major two, it would be Obama.
If I did vote, it would be Jill Stein.
But, I don't vote because it's a lot of work for me with absolutely no return. (I'm registered 4 hours away from where I live, and doing absentee is hard. Jill won't win, so y'know, she's the only one I genuinely like.)

♥ I don't, honestly, like either of them. I'm debating not even voting this year.

Wall of text... sorry sweatdrop
While I still think that congress and the senate should be like a mandatory jury duty for a full year.... I have some weird ideas... I know.
I think the president should be elected by the people.
But, the people we have running are not always doing what is best for all the people in their country. They are funded by special interest groups and people with the money to influence the party they fund.
Would it be weird to say that the presidential candidate should also be selected by a series of ballot casts from each county in a state, where there is a completely open forum (all people are welcome to come and state why they should run), and a mandatory no add campaigning.
Then, once each county has a selection, do a vote from those candidates for the state, each again having an open debate forum with absolutely no campaigning.
And of course once more for president. Again no campaigning.
If people are going to make a decision it should be on the actions, values, and ideals of each candidate, not just because they identify with one particular party system.
There are too many variables to classify under just one.
That being said... I feel I will be voting for the lesser of two evils because if I voted for the person I want to win, it would just give the candidate I do not want to win at all, a greater chance.
Darn you politics!!!! gonk

Darn you politics!!!! gonk I feel very much the same. The system just feels broken. There's nothing that makes me think that this is going to go well no matter who gets elected. I'm voting for the guy who scares me the least at this point. Sadly though if the electoral college ******** up, the popular vote will be meaningless anyway.
