Madison walked through the corridors of the of the school with a bright smile and a slight sway to her long golden hair, her deep green eyes swept over all of the lockers to find her number.
Once she spotted it she entered the combination and took out her books for her afternoon classes. She sighed as she closed the locker but she still kept smiling but a little more softly then before.
She threw her bag over her shoulder so that the strap crossed over her chest.
She stopped dead when a sudden thought hit her.
‘Oh crap!’ She thought
‘I forgot to hand in my biology homework to Mrs. Jefferson! She is going to kill me if I submit it to late again!’ she rushed through the connecting hallways to go over to the biology classrooms on the other side of the campus.
She looked all over the biology rooms and even in the staffroom but she couldn’t see Mrs. Jefferson at all. By now the panic was starting to set in and then she thought
‘Maybe she is in the chemical storeroom?’And with that in mind she went to one of the only places that she didn’t go to before.
The chemical storeroom was as its name suggests filled with all of the chemicals that the science department used. She obtained the keys from the empty staffroom and walked through another hallway over to the storeroom.
She unlocked the door and placed the keys on a table by the door and walked in not even thinking about it. Her hand held the door open.
“Hello? Mrs. Jefferson?" She turned on the light and as she did so her hand slipped off the door and since it was a heavy metal door it closed with a loud bang!
Madison jumped startled at the loudness of the sound.
She walked a few steps and called out Mrs. Jefferson again but she received no answer.
She turned around and walked back over to the door and twisted the handle only to find that there was no handle. She pushed on the door. It was locked.
“Oh Crap!”
Madison banged on the door loudly.
"Hey! Is anyone there! .... Someone help me! Help! Help!! ... Help!!!"
