A Little Back Story

Ever since I was little, I have always had dreams in vivid detail, color, and physical sensation of pain, but out of all the dreams I have ever had, I had never had dreams about ghosts or demons, until we moved out to California. It wasn't until the year of 2001 when my dad and I moved out to CA to the first house he picked to owned.

Although I'm not really into feng shui, the balance and feeling of the house is very unwelcoming. When you open the front door, the first thing you're met with is a wall. This gives you a sense of being blocked by an obstacle like something is telling you to leave, metaphorically speaking of course. Every house has its own natural sounds of shifting with this or that, but the most distinctable sound the house would make would be these loud CRACKING noises from the ceilings. At first you think its just the house, but the noises come at random and are usually heard in the living room, but also happen wherever I am in the house. Sometimes they would get so loud that it would actually startle me, like something was moving around in the attic part of the home that you can't really access except in the garage.

It wasn't until a year or so of living in the house when I was in my sophomore year of high school that I started having dreams about a demon.

Quote:
Dream 1

I’m outside a house. It’s unfamiliar to me and the colors are dim and grey. The sky is slightly dark and slightly light. Nothing that was comforting. It is two story and on a street that is empty. As I look at the house there are four windows. The first one I spot is on the far right. And suddenly I see a dark figure, undefined but with human form, move across the window from the inside. But it didn’t walk normally like a human, it moved with such smoothness, without jerking or differentiation in step. It just flowed across like water in a stream. And then a sudden dread and fear crept over me. I knew I had to get away or it would come for me. Behind me was a car and I began to leave. And then…

I woke up.

With these "demon dreams" they would usually mimic how I fell asleep. Like for instance in this next dream, the dream occured while taking a nap during the day in my bedroom (which was the master bedroom) in the back of the house.

Quote:
Dream 2

The dream started out ordinarily about something or rather, but it wasn't until the very end of the dream that it violently switched to me dreaming of being awake at my bed and seeing a dark almost formless yet human looking figure standing at my doorway. The door was closed before I went to sleep, but in the dream the door was open with the figure standing in the entrance. By the time my brain registered what was going on, I was already awake. I cried out to dad thinking that I was still seeing the figure, but by the time dad got to my room to open the door the figure was gone.

Dark shadowy figures are a very common demon/ghost form of apparitions that have been seen through ought history of hauntings. This was one of many occurrences that happened in the house, mainly to me and rarely ever to my dad. Whether you guys believe in ghosts or not (whomever is actually reading my little entries here), I like posting it about it at least for sake of creepy factor. Amirite? It's kind of related and coincides with the dreams as well. That aside....

...it is also spoken among statistics from demonologists that demons/ghosts are drawn to energy outputs from girls in their middle stages of puberty ages 13-17 if I remember correctly. I was in my high school years while living in this home so that made a bit more sense to me. And aside from the dreams that started to occur at random periods of time, there were other strange things going on as well. Minor things, but nonetheless a bit odd.
Quote:

Occurrence 1

When my dad first started dating my step mom, on every other occasion my step mom would do some laundry at our house. One time she came over, dad and her went out shopping somewhere while I stayed home. I was in the kitchen when I heard the clothing washer suddenly turn on, but I thought nothing of it because I figured that maybe my step mom had started a load of laundry. An hour or so later, still waiting for them to return back to the house, the clothing washer turned off. So naturally I went to go unload it to put the clothes in the dryer, but when I opened the washer lid, there was nothing inside the machine. No clothes...no water...nothing. It was like it turned on and off by itself.

The loud crackings in the ceilings still continued without any explanation for them. I usually slept on the couch when I had the house to myself. And when my dreams become demonic, I’m provoked in the dream exactly how I’m positioned on the couch, at least most of the time. But this time the dream took place in the living room.
Quote:

Dream 3

The lights in the living were on as they normally would be if I were to watch TV at night. But everything in the room was, not wildly, but gently flying circular in the air, kind of like a gentle whirlwind affect. I could not see anything, but I knew once again a presence was there. A presence I couldn't see but could feel. Suddenly I was picked up, levitated and set upon the pedestal area that’s near the back of the living room. And then…

I woke up.
