I'm getting tired of it. I was, I'll admitt, enjoying it at first. I mean, it's classic soap: warring brothers, babies switched at birth, plane crashes, mental problems, people assumed dead who were actually kidnapped...
I like Jamie, but there is almost something too heroic about him...or maybe that's because Babe isn't exactly Dixie. I grew to like Babe and I was even able to forgive Crystal for switching the DNA results(though I think it was a bit over dramatized - how many times did we watch her pray to God and to the dead baby? At the hospital, at the Chandler mansion, at the crash site...), but as soon as Babe found out her baby was actually Miranda and she continued to keep the secret... stare
And David turning out to suddenly be her father rolleyes "Once upon a time we had drunken sex at a party in California. I know you haven't remember that night for, oh, 20+ years, David, but it will come back to you in the next week. Funny how we both ended up this little New York town together, huh?"
But it's a soap opera, so such things are expected ^^
I like the possibility of the Adam/Tad feud carrying onto the next generation with Jamie v. JR...it's sad, because they're brothers, but everyone loves a good feud with characters you actually care about ^^

Well, I missed all soaps this week simply because I had other things to do(school started Monday >.<) but I managed to catch the two good eps of AMC on Saturday night thanks to SoapNet heart
I'm glad the whole Babe/JR thing is out in the open. That was some good soap opera story telling! The faked lesbian relationship was probably unnessicary, but it added some great tension and having Jamie and Maggie(poor Maggie!) show up when they did was simply delicious 3nodding
The writers have done an excellent job with this whole baby swamping fiasco - not only is it great, convaluted soap opera mayhem that spans multiple shows, but the drama and emotions involved have really made me like Babe(quite frankly I couldn't care less wether she lived or died before - I especially hated her after she slept with Jamie)
Does anyone else get the feeling that they are going to pair up Kendall and JR eventually?

i agree about the tired baby switching story... i mean...they are just dragging it out waaaay too long. and i have been a big fan of binks for a while so i would really like to see her baby given back to her now. sweatdrop
who are your fave all my children characters?
i have always loved the character of kendall. maybe that's because her character was created around the time i started getting hooked on AMC? anyways... she always looks like she's having fun. did you guys see what happend between kendall and ryan today? eek uh oh... [spoiler-> kendall shot ryan with real bullets in that stupid murder game zach set up! ]

sugar6248 I hate Ryan and Greenlee! I was so mad when he married her over Kendall. Seriously, she and Ryan have absolutely NO chemistry together, it's as though they hate each other in real life. Not to mention, the Ryan/Greenlee/Kendall thing is boring and lame

I used to be an All My Children fan for years! I especially liked it when Haley was on. And I loved when Jackson and Erica kept going back and forth. I thought it was cute when Adam got a crush on Erica "again" for the second time, that was kind of cute. But then through the years I stopped watching it, probably because I started liking The Bold and the Beautiful at the time. But General Hospital always has been and is, my favorite. biggrin

I must say, I'm relieved, because that would kill any chance of them getting back together...at least in the near future(never say never when soaps are involved blaugh )
Who do you think shot him?

Sweet Amber and, when is this baby switch ending!? a few weeks ago i must have jinxed it because i thought "hey! it's finally coming to an end!!!" >.<* what do you guys think babe is planning now that she found out about ace? and how much longer can it possible drag on for?! gonk I know! I've enjoyed the ride, but enough is enough already! I was so sure they were going to reveal it after Bianca and Babe tricked JR, but, alas, no.... And Babe really doesn't have any good reason to not give back Miranda now. She knows her own baby is alive. If I were her I would have run in there and snatched my baby back from Kevin >.< I'm guessing this will all come to end around election time, because OLTL has a subplot going with Kevin getting back into politics and it would fit nicely for him to be ruined yet again by scandal. It has to be coming because Paul's links to citizens in Llanveiw are being cut one by one(Natalie just dumped him last week) and I'm guessing someone involved in the babyswitching storyline(or an irrate Llanview resident....or RJ) is going to kill him off. Neither OLTL or AMC has done a who dunnit murder mystery in a while. At this point if I were Bianca I think I'd have a hard time forgiving Babe...she's known the truth for far too long sad
