Born within Ajax's pack, her father was a highly respected Zeta and her mother was a Kappa. She was born the biggest in her litter, quickly surpassing her brothers and sisters in strength. She was quite the brute, obviously being her father's favorite; he focused mostly on training her to follow in his footsteps. This left her siblings feeling bitter, despising her as the rest of them were forced to apprentice under their mother-- a mere kappa. They wanted to become part of the vanguard, however they lacked the opportunity. The bad-blood between siblings carried through puphood, and well into their older years when their father fell ill and Harlowe surpassed him, quickly filling his position as she had worked up her rank.
xxxxxWhen she was only a pup, she ran into a rogue wolf just outside of their territory. They got into a tussle, Harlow soon realizing she'd be dead if she didn't run. So she struggled to remove herself from the brute's grasp, beginning to flee. He caught her by the tail, viciously ripping it off near the base as she fought hard to get away. However, she managed to get away with her life, being almost entirely drained of energy and blood by the time she reached help. This situation only strengthened her mentally and physically as she felt she needed to compensate for appearing so weak. [May be added to later]
