Due to the fact that the Guild Forums, won't allow sub, sub-forums, this is a guildline made to help us keep track of where we are and how to do it.

The begining of each threa should have the following bits of information in them.

1-Location: (ie, if in the USA, it should say the state and city/town where you are.)

2-Time of day: Self explanatory (It can be in standard time or military time, doesn't matter

3-Weather: also self explanatory

This only needs to be in the first post of any given thread, and only more times if the information changes at some point in the thread.

Example:

Location: Reno, Nevada
Time: 2:47 pm
Weather: Sunny, hot, and dry.



The reason for these things is just to help set the thread up and let everyone know exactly where you are to make it easier for them to find a thread to join.
