The event forum is to get publicity for any event a b/c shop is doing. Events will be displayed in the shop subforum list, but it is always nice to come here and post what shop is having they're events when, because events don't just happen on certain holidays, they can happen whenever.
The Event subforum can also be used for events that are only happening in the Breedable Broadcast. These may be rare, but they are also an option.
Remember, an event can be happening at any time.
