The remnants of an old city at the edge of the current City, shambling buildings are constantly crumbling and rattling where they have managed to stand. Piles of stones and scrap metal litter the place, but it carries a peaceful-- if not lonely-- atmosphere. Few usually wander here, but lately people have been seeing shadowy figures lurking at the edge of their vision from within the dark buildings...
