Inside Cell Block 1 was the prison library, a sign of the age of the Penitentiary. Being kept deep inside the complex behind thick stone walls managed to protect the harsh conditions of the outside. Enoch Public Library is perhaps the single largest collection of undamaged books left in the world and security is actually somewhat high here in order to protect this treasure. All citizens are allows to pore over the books and as such this is a wonderful place to find information and learn about the wasteland and history of the nation. Please treat the books with care and be quiet... this is a library.
