Okay, this SL is an original idea of mine, combined with the elements of some very talented writers I knew in the past but I want to continue the SL again, so here is the plot up to now:
In the land of Kurenai, which has been besieged by an ancient, diabolical curse that makes it always night and always cold, there is a prophecy about the return of the Light by the hands of the Puretai Summoners, born in a world across the sea to the east. They will be led by a broken man, fallen from the Light of the Heavens itself.
This man, an angelic Summon by the name of Hyde Donovan, ends up meeting with these foretold Summoners and begin the long trek toward Kurenai to rid those poor people of their curse; much to his chagrin, of course. He meets up with five people in question, one for each element of Puretai energy (which is a kind of celestial energy that is produced by all living things, kind of like the Force in the Star Wars universe). Their names were as follows:
Killian: The Dark Summoner was a very morose young man, who seemed to see darkness in everything and everyone.
Catherine: The Fire Summoner was born of a huge Irish family, once nobility but then reduced to poverty because of an overbearing mother figure. She ran from her home because of strange dreams and an even stranger voice in her head.
Lana: The Water Summoner lived by the sea her whole life, which seemed to call to her. She was a light and bubbly girl, free from worry.
Inara: This mysterious, celestial Summoner has a past unknown to all but herself. She has a strange connection with Hyde, who seems to think she is the reincarnated visage of his past Summoner, Kaselyn Donovan.
And lastly, the unknown Earth summoner...
At first, Hyde believed the Earth Summoner to be a girl named Lynette but was sadly mistaken when she died...and he did not feel her energy depart to the Earth again, like he would have if she had been the Summoner. So, there is another...unknown...summoner out there who is a child born of the Earth itself.
When all the KNOWN summoners were gathered, along with several new crew members (a sailor named Satya and a Doctor named Vessat), they set sail for the western seas. Several things happened in that course of time, but those events don't matter any more: What matters, was the end result.
As the ship (known as the Bloody Anna) landed on the beach of Kurenai, the eternal night speaking to Killian all the way, something happened:
It swallowed them all up. Whole. And then separated the eight crew members across the wide world of Kurenai, leaving Hyde the only one on the black sandy beach...alone.
Now it is his job to either find the old Summoners that he knew (almost) years ago or find the new vessels for their energies.
