God's angels lived in harmony amongst themselves; always loving and caring for each other. Their greatest love was to one being: God himself. For the past few weeks He has been in his chamber creating a new life for his beloved Garden of Eden.
The seraphic angels were idling around on the clouds waiting for their beloved to come with exciting news. Michael had already dozed off on his floating mist, Gabriel was eating a banana, and Lucifer stretched all six of his wings.
"Ahh, what do you think the message will be about? " Gabriel said as he finished eating his banana.
"Hopefully, it's something fun. I would love to have a better route to get to different parts of the Heavens..." Lucifer responded.
Gabriel nodded in agreement. "Yes, that is quite a hassle...Do we have more food around here?" Gabriel sat up on his cloud and looked around. Lucifer chuckled.
"If we did, you would've already snagged it up before I do..." The other seraphim angels have arrived. "Ahh, hello there. Why don't you guys grab a seat somewhere. God has sent you a message as well?" Lucifer looked over at Michael and sent a warning look at one of the passing angel. Gabriel sighed.
"Please spare me the unnecessary fights for later...Zadkiel "
Raphael nodded in agreement as he descended: "Yes, you should behave, Zadkiel. Even we don't know when God will appear before us." They watched Zadkiel keep his distance away from Micheal, somewhat annoyed with their recommendations.
"I wasn't even going to do anything but wake him up..." He muttered as he sat down on his cloud.
God finally came about as Lucifer quickly tried to wake up Michael. "Hello my seraphim angels. I'm glad to see each and everyone of you are well...Well, most of you." God gave a slight nod at Michael when he was yawning. God chuckled at the site of Lucifer quietly keeping Michael updated and Michael's embarrassment look. "Now then. As you are well aware, I have created a place called the Garden of Eden. It's purpose is to be out of reach to all of you. I have created for something I've been working on for quite some time now. You all may see it now, but after my creations are lively, you shall not interfere," With a motion of his hand, golden gates appeared behind the seraphim angels. The awed at the beauty and magnificent doors emboided with baby angels and serene wild life on the plates at near the bottom of the door. God took a few steps and was at the gate. He gave a little push and walked in, beckoning his angels to follow in pursuit.
The Garden of Eden is full of life, the grasses grow strong and healthy; animals roam the area freely; Fruits grew almost everywhere from the trees to underground. And seeing it all, the feeling of serenity was amongst them. God lead them from the pavilion out to a paved pathway past the beauty of where they were. the path abruptly stops and there is a small field with one tree full of plumped, red delicious apples. Micheal looked at it and was about to take one off. "Micheal....?" God asked as an eyebrow lifted upon his questioning expression.
"The fruits bearing here look the tastiest among the others. May I please? " God's eye cringled around the edges.
"You may all have a bite, but it will be your last one here in the garden." Everyone took one and had a bite: just like any ordinary apple would taste like. As God was showing them out, Lucifer began to question what was he doing.
"God, why won't you tell us what you have been up to? I mean, we won't ever see them, so there is no way of knowing what it is or who it is..." God just have Lucifer a knowledgeable smile on his face.
"One day, you shall see them. One day..." God lead the angels out of the garden and locked it behind him.
