As the name suggests, it is the Kingdom of Spain during the time of the Spanish Monarchy!
(It will be the only area of Spain, or at least for now)

Príncipe Fernando el octavo de España At this time, several letters were sent to France that Prince Ferdinand would be heading there. What was the reason for this? Simple, his brother, King of Spain, intended to have him marry the French Queen in order to confirm the peace between the two nations. Due to Spain being an ally to France against the British, it was a suitable proposal. Would the French dare offend Spain by denying the marriage proposal? It was quite possible that the peace between the two nations would not last if France did not go through with the marriage. Nonetheless, marrying a foreign monarch would have a very strong effect on the two nations. Surely this would be a marriage worthy of the entire world to know. One that could either unite them both, or divide if declined.
Two days after the letters were sent, the ships were prepared, and Ferdinand's ship, the Cuervo, accompanied by four other Spanish ships set sail for France in the morning. Four additional ships were merely to assure the protection of the Spanish Prince. "Estaremos en Francia pronto, mi príncipe," said the Captain. "Muy bien, capitán Ernesto," he replied. Due to the winds being in their favor, as well as knowledge of the trade winds, they would arrive on French land very soon. Every member of the crew knew that Ferdinand was impatient, so the sooner they arrived, the better his mood would be. Making a Spanish Prince angry was the last thing they wanted to do.
