Lol I hit a single leg on that turkey (ate like 3+ plates of random stuff)
I just thought, if someone hits me in the stomach while I walk, that's a KO.

Went from 167 pre, to 164 post.


Same here! ... I'm 160 though ... It's a comfortable weight ... If I fight I'll jump to 170 ... And when I compete, I'll drop to 155 ... So that'll work for me. 3nodding

Same here! ... I'm 160 though ... It's a comfortable weight ... If I fight I'll jump to 170 ... And when I compete, I'll drop to 155 ... So that'll work for me. 3nodding
Same here 160 was my favorite weight cause that has just the right amount of speed and power to actually fight, but 170-180 was better for just messing around on mats and throwing hands so my body had more slack. (need energy in training).

Yeah ... 160 isn't an official weight though so I when I know I got absolutely nothing going on I'll be at 160, but when I'm training, and rolling for days on end I'll keep myself at 155. I've found it pretty easy to sustain my weight if I wanted too ...

155 might be the least I could humanly hit. I stayed at 157-159lbs when I wrestled as a senior (5hrs+) ....
It's worth it though, to perform at peak condition and know you put all your cards on the table.
So do you actively compete in naga and fight mma?
