You don't wanna spend money...I'm used to hearing that a lot.
I'd suggest hitting up your local consignment and thrift stores. I'd also suggest getting creative and transforming unlikely clothes into costume pieces- maybe take a creative friend along with ya?

sweatdrop When it comes to money limits it's always my FAMILY saying "No. It is your own money but that's stupid. You're not getting it."
It's me buying the stuff then giving up that I'm worried about as well. Really this is just to see how long one outfit would take as well.
