In the world of Ipsum, a revolution begins...
About twenty years ago, the Council shifted members to usher in a new generation. With that generation came Jason Lorem. Lorem was a visionary for the people of Ipsum. He provided new ways of getting people out of poverty without raising taxes and new employment options... But his new ideas cost money and a lot of it.
Another new generation Council member named Steven Alden counteracted Lorem's proposals, which the majority of the Council liked and preferred. Lorem fought tooth and nail with Alden until the disbandment of the Council by Alden's plans. He was secretly plotting an attack on the Council that would pinpoint to Lorem and leave him free and clear to create a new system of government.
After the disbandment, Alden proclaimed himself Emperor, created an army to control the people and do his bidding, and set forth laws that were both harmfull and productive. Lorem was held in the Ipsum prison for three years before his execution on February 7th.
People grew outraged by Alden's laws and deeds. Some formed a revolutionary clan called "Lorem Ipsum" and had the number "27" tattooed onto their back or someplace that could be hidden by clothing.
