Okay...in the towns, I had this weird conversation with this n00b (who was in peasant rags and had a bug-catching net, by the way).
Most of the things not capitalized in the dialogue is from The N00b.
In the towns, I love to run around the unfortunate avatars in circles. The N00b was one of these unfortunate people.
He said to stop, or else he will report. Of course, that was a stupid reason to report me, so I said, "go ahead". Though I've heard that the littlest thing can get you frozen, so I was a teensy bit scared.
He did a count down, from one to ten. I just stood there. When he said, "0", he said I was reported. He ran away.
I told these other girls that were at a tree, saying that he was a n00b.
Suddenly, he appeared again at the opposite tree. I asked him if he reported me. He said, "consider yourself lucky". I was all, "You weren't going to anyway." He said, "well, i could report you".
ME:"Suuuure. I was just being annoying."
HIM:"i dont like annoying."
ME:"Me neither. I'm just a hyporcite"
HIM:".......okay..."
After that, he ran away again.
Then I said to myself, since nobody was around the area:
"Meanie."
And then.
"b*****d."
He came up again suddenly! WTF! And he said something about namecalling. I said that I thought that he was gone. He said,"ya right."
I told him he was just being mean.
He told me that he wasn't being mean.
I asked him his age.
He said 14.
I told him that I was 13. I said my birthday, and how I was born in the rooster.
He said, "yeah right. Everyone says that their 13."
I said, "I'm supposed to be doing my 19th book report."
HIM:"then do it."
ME:"But I'm bored to death!"
I copied and pasted my book report.
HIM:"i'm not impressed."
ME:"I know. This is too boring to be interesting."
HIM"you want to know how many i have done?"
ME:"Sure. Why not."
HIM:"28."
ME:"Good. Now we can be bored together."
Then, he asked me if I read the rules when I first came into gaia. I said, "YES." He then copied and pasted this message about stalking.
"Great, I'm being lectured about the gaian rules."Quote: No stalking. Persistent harassment of an individual or group of individuals against their wishes is not permitted on Gaia Online. If someone asks you to stop, please leave them alone. Continued harassment will result in punishment.
What the heck. I wasn't stalking him.
Okay, maybe I'm a little guilty, about the "when they ask you to stop, then leave them alone," part. But STILL.
ME:"They mean it in a different way, like constantly PMing you and asking where you live. I was just being playful. I do that to everyone."
HIM:"i told you to stop. you didnt stop. i was just catching bugs."
ME:"But you could've just gone to Navigate and leave!"
HIM"but this is my spot."
ME:"All you do is go away to another random place!"
HIM:"do you know what stalking is?"
ME:"Yes. Constantly following you around. But not in the way I was doing it."
HIM:"sure. right."
A plan hatched! Bwhahah.
ME:"Leave me alone."
Now what, buster? Gonna break your own rules?
HIM:"...dumbass."
WHAT?! He thought it was wrong for me to call him a b*****d! And he calls me a dumbass?!
ME:"Yes. I am a dumbass."
Just because I was bored out of my mind.
HIM:"yes you are. i rest in my case."
ME"Wait until I tell all of my friends about this!" (BWHAHAHAH! Revenge!)
He started running away. I followed him. He told me to stop following him.
"Fine. Just go to a different square. I won't follow you. I don't want to."
"...dumbass."
The end!

Heh, if that was your worse n00b encounter, you've made out pretty lucky.
Truth be told, you weren't breaking the rules any more than he was. If he could report you for annoying him, you could easily reciprocate it. In minor cases like that, Gaia either ingnores the reportings or declares it a stalemate.
Some people in the towns drive me up the wall... they can be so immature. If you ever see that guy again, just avoid him... he'll only get more annoyhing.

Mistress Moonbeam Heh, if that was your worse n00b encounter, you've made out pretty lucky. Truth be told, you weren't breaking the rules any more than he was. If he could report you for annoying him, you could easily reciprocate it. In minor cases like that, Gaia either ingnores the reportings or declares it a stalemate. Some people in the towns drive me up the wall... they can be so immature. If you ever see that guy again, just avoid him... he'll only get more annoyhing.

artheart3001 I know it's definately not the worst n00b encounter yet. I'm pretty sure that I'm not guilty, either. He just had bad logic. xp Like I said, this is my FIRST encounter with a n00b. Well, yeah, there are some beggers...but I just ignore them. *shudder* Beggers suck. Now, if someone is new to Gaia and they make a couple posts asking for gold, I usually look past that. Newbies are fine by me. But when people have been on for more than a month, yet still insist upon making asses of themselves... that's when I get mad. Especially when they pm you. There have been times when my avatar was wearing nothing more than a couple common items and I was still pmed by beggars. That shows you how dense the n00bs can be.

Wow, that made me laugh. I know those stupid pm beggars all too well. Especially when I wear my nitemare scarf. Makes me not want to wear it. I already have gotten 2 pms tonight asking if I will give people my fork.

*shudder* I hate beggars. My horns of demond have caused so many to come to me. Which is kinda funny because I didn't even buy em I won em XD the most i have ever had is 21k XD but the second i put on my horns of demond for the 1st time i was flodded with beggars D:

I am always harrassed by n00bs when I sell things. For example-I had created a post and was selling my ninja headband for 120k only, okay? guess what I get. "560? s all i got. plz? i rlly wnt it and im broke but ive been savin up forveer now. plz?" I told him "Grow up and go some place else, n00b." and people reported me for it! Can you believe that? I did nothing.
