Skin Paint/Tattoos: If the light green marks like on her brow in the ref pic could also sweep down her shoulders to fade toward her elbows~. Her hands become #571100, starting just above the wrists with a short gradient, and most saturated at her fingers.

Edits:
-The hair should be similar to the reference picture; but the length a little past her shoulders of black hair with the silver and dark green leaves throughout, with an almost rotted look to the leaves.
-Eyes shaped like eyes in the pic, and lips like the pic, but turning with the slight smirk of someone plotting something wicked~
-This shirt, X, but replace the white with a dark rust red color; like #4d0202
-More leaves like those in her hair ringing around just above her paws on the two forelegs, but of smaller size.
-A necklace around her neck that holds five of these lockets, rusty looking as well.
