Name:Halberd "Hal" Chaotic Gender: Male Race: Weapon Partner: Lucy Solari Weapon/Magic/Animal Style: Devil's Rod (can become a halberd, spear, and trident.) Age: 17 Alliance: Chaotic Good Description: Hal stands at six feet tall and weighs about 180lbs. You can't really see his muscles underneath his clothes, but he is an excellent fighter and can do considerable damage to people. He wears the outfit shown in the picture above, with slight modifications: The shirt and tie's color schemes are switched. He keeps his hair short so it doesn't cover his eyes, which are a shocking crimson and are usually glaring (unless looking at or referring to his partner or anyone she considers a friend). He walks with his head held high, and doesn't slouch. This makes it an odd comparison to his Meister who happens to be considerably shorter than him. History: Born to a homeless women in New York who died soon after he was born, the young (then nameless) infant was taken to the nearest orphanage to be raised. He learned at an alarming rate, and he retained much more than the rest of his peers and this was apparent as time went on. It wasn't long before he discovered cinematographic memory (where he remembers every detail like it was in a movie), but he had major temperament issues: He never wanted to play with the other children, and if they tried to force him into the game they were met with beat downs. His genius was overlooked for his 'anger issues', however, so he ran away when he turned 11. This is also when he discovered his ability to turn into a halberd (thus the name Hal). He lived out on the streets discovering his second form, the spear, at the age of 13 when he needed a form of blade to stab into the side of a building to save himself. The actions of that day called many to call him 'chaotic and impulsive', which he derived his last name from. Stealing from a mob boss and jumping out the window without a safe way down would earn him that title. His final form, the trident, came a year later when he was close to starvation and he had attempted fishing with both of his other forms to no avail because he had run out of money. He then began a crime spree to amass money so he would never have to feel that way again. Things changed for him at the age of 17, he saw a girl running away from what he thought was a crazy man with a knife, who turned out to be a serial killer on the verge of becoming a Kishin. The girl in question was a runaway Meister and when she explained the situation to him, Halberd took his chances and transformed fully. The battle was long, but she managed to defeat the Kishin Egg, though they had to give it up to the DWMA. They decided then to form a partnership, seeing as they worked well together and Meisters were useless without Weapons, and have been living in Death City until they were officially allowed to take missions and attend school. Personality: Hal doesn't get along with most people due to years of mistrusting others. He depends on Lucy to keep him in check, as he often says things that should normally be kept to oneself because he had never learned social etiquette. He considers Lucy someone very important to him, and will not allow other people to mess with her. He often gets into fights and his recklessness often ends up getting him and his partner into all sorts of trouble. When in a serious confrontation (such as a mission) he restrains himself and uses his enhanced memory to speed the process along, his memory also making him a good strategist, seeing as he can look into examining weaknesses and pinpoint them faster. Orientation & Lover:Some people would say he has out for his Meister, but that isn't true. (Straight and Single)

Name: Lucy 'Luce' Solari Gender: Female Race: Meister Partner: Hal Chaotic Weapon/Magic/Animal Style: Devil's Rod Meister Age: 16 Alliance: Lawful Good Description: Lucy stands as tall as she can at 5'6". This of course puts her at odds with her partner because he is much taller than she is. She usually wears nice blouses and skirts as she is accustomed to it. When it comes to combat she wears nice blouses and usually a pair of jeans, and puts her hair into a ponytail. History: Lucy Solari was born into a very wealthy family that can train their origins back to the Roman Empire. Because of their wealth and good origins, her family became rather vain, showing off to anyone they could. By the age of seven, she could accurately tell every tale of her family's history, but she hated every word that she spoke. Lucy grew up, and went through martial arts training but gave up actually trying a few months in. As her tutors taught her everything she needed to know in the world, she began thinking of ways to escape this cruel life but the opportunity had never introduced itself until she turned 15, when her family had sat down at dinner. The meal: Human Souls. Apparently the Solari family was a breeding ground to create a Kishin that could retain its sanity, a project that has been going since the DWMA's founding. She blatantly refused, knowing full well that eating innocent souls was a wrong thing to do. Her family didn't take it lightly: They sent a failed attempt after her. She began running through the town discovering her Soul Perception as this moment. There she found an unsual Soul Wavelength, and she called out to its owner: Halberd Chaotic. They worked together to defeat the Pre-Kishin and when a Death Scythe came to deal with the rest of her family, they took her and her new partner to Death City, where they had been training together and waiting for the day she would turn 16 and be allowed to attend the academy. Personality: Lucy, despite all the trauma in her life, is a very polite young girl and is her partner's polar opposite when it comes to people: She loves to chat and make new friends. But if they should insult her or her partner, she will not stop her partner from stepping in to protect her. Even though she is very polite, she is a very adventurous person, turning boring things like going to the grocery store into an adventure. Orientation & Lover: Many people think that Lucy and Halberd are together, but that isn't true in the slightest. (Single and Straight)

Soul Resonances and Techniques: Soul Resonance (while in Halberd Mode): Crushing Fang.
Sends a wave of the Meister's soul wavelength that five feet tall that travels along the ground for 20 feet or until it hits it's target (similar to Chrona's Scream Alpha)It is solid and acts like a sharp edge, slicing anything in its path. It can be blocked however, but depending on your bond with your weapon, you may get hurt if you attempt to do so. Soul Resonance (Spear Mode): Pierce The Heavens! With a glowing light, The spear extends from it's normal 8 feet to about 15 feet, and flies directly at the target at high speeds. Being that the blade itself is hard to block, it would be a better idea to attempt to dodge. It will run through targets that are not armored but will not cause fatal injuries if it does so, but it's up to the wielder where she wants to aim. Soul Resonance (Trident Mode): Poseidon's Wrath! The user of this resonance slams the tips of the blades into the ground while jumping on top of the shaft of the staff, making a shockwave that surrounds the user for three feet in all directions. If used at the right time, it could be used to catch weapons or bounce into the air. The landing after the bounce will not create the shockwave though.
