Oh my God, this is so exciting for someone like me. I've always tried starting blogs, but I never remember to update with something so they always end up going months without content and then I'll suddenly remember them and be like, "Oh jeez, what do I do? I should start posting here. I'll do that starting now." and then go forever without saying anything again.
Pathetic, huh?
Anyway, this is just an introductory post having nothing to do with the 365 Days. Just wanted to have a separate something apart from the January 1st post. Well...here I go! smile
Here begins a year of writing. Wish me the best of luck!

New Beginnings
There are a lot of things I want to resolve to do this year. I want to start fresh with a friend of mine I recently had a falling out with. Things are getting better and we're talking again now. So it should be good. smile
I want to learn to play the guitar. I bought a beginner's guitar a few months ago along with a book to teach myself. I have some family that can teach me so hopefully I can learn!
I want to keep studying languages. I'd like to continue learning French, but I'd really like to start learning a new one. Perhaps Japanese. I have the stuff for it. All I need to do is open it up. Here's to a year of learning things! Haha.
I want to feel more responsible. Get a job, afford my own things, and the like. Most of all, I'd like to learn to drive. I've been wanting to for years, but I feel like this is my year.
All in all, I have a lot of hopes for this year and a fresh start is the best place to begin. The beginning is a good place to start.

Not sure what I'm supposed to say here, but here goes...
Cause: Open mouth.
Effect: Fly flies in.
Cause: Rain
Effect: Flood
Cause: Sex
Effect: Pregnancy
Cause: Air
Effect: Breathing
Yeah, so I wasn't exactly sure what to say regarding causes and effects so I just went with this. sweatdrop

Peace of Mind
I don't think I've ever experienced peace of mind. In my opinion, in order to feel peaceful is to be happy with the situation you're in. I've never felt that way.
Never in my life have I been happy. Sure, I've felt content, I've felt satisfaction, I've laughed here and there, but I haven't experienced being happy.
I've never experienced that feeling of being happy with what's going on around me. Because of that, I don't know what it's like to be at peace, especially at mind.

Childhood Memories
I can't talk about my childhood memories. Because the only thing I remember is pain and suffering. Pain and suffering I'm trying hard to forget.
I could talk about something else. Something happy. But the truth is I don't remember much else. Like waves washing on the beach, the bad memories have overtaken the good ones, leaving nothing but darkness.

Speed
I have to admit, the first thing I thought about when I saw the topic was NASCAR. I can't wait for Nascar to start back up in February. I'm really looking forward to this year, especially after last year's season.
I can't wait to see how Dale Earnhardt Jr. is gonna do this year. I wonder who'll come out as the 2013 champ.
Is Junior gonna win more races this year? I really hope so. It will be one heck of a way to continue after last year.
This year is gonna be awesome.

Mayhem
Okay so the whole thing with the end of the world was kinda funny.But at the same time, it wasn't.
The day of, I kept thinking about all those people who killed themselves not wanting to face the supposed end of the world. How many people did something stupid for that same reason?
The world and the people in it are mayhem when they're panicked.
