Skylynn and Kai walked down the streets of Cherrygrove City, until they came to a small café. Skylynn and Kai walked over to a table, Kai sat down on the ground next to the chair that Skylynn sat down in. Skylynn then pulled her backpack off her back and opened it up as she pulled out a medium sized container and then got out a bowl and poured the pokemon food into it as she handed the bowl to Kai and then closed the container and put it back into her bag, and then set her bag on the ground before a waiter came over and took Skylynns order. making it short and sweet Skylynn just ordered a sandwhich, french fries and a glass of sprite. Skylynn would watch Kai eat as she waited for her meal, then she would turn her attention to the sky.

Naota had finally came into a city. A quite small one, but It's good no less. As he looked left and right, he noticed a pokèmon center nearby. His pikachu then hopped onto Naota's shoulder, being too lazy to walk... or be in his pokeball like a normal Pokèmon. After getting to the area, he quickly noticed that same hooded girl. Something about her reminded Naota of himself. She had his careless nature he had. It made him feel a bit better, knowing that not all the adults are annoyingly happy go lucky and childish. But there was something "dark" about her. Like she wouldn't hesitate to brutally take down an enemy. That same look Naota's first Gym battle had shown. He sighed, as Pikachu sighed with him. Maybe he was never cut out for being a Pokémon trainer at all. But that thought was later pushed aside, as Pikachu patted Naota's face with a thunder nduces hand hich tickled and made Naota smile. Alright, alright... Let's go get some rest and a snack, alright? Naota told them, seeing a cafe he went into. Unknowingly, he hadn't seen that same girl from before.

Kai finally made it to the streets of Cherrygrove City, and the wonderful fragrance of flowers confirmed that. Despite this city being rather small in population, many trainers passed by this place often, especially since the majority of them started in New bark Town. This place brought back many memories. He remembered facing his first few trainers here with Raiden, and battling against many water type pokemon in the wild waves of the sea. He took in a deep breath, inhaling the fresh, flower-scented air of the area, then exhaling. Before he got sidetracked, he had to focus on finding Raiden, who ran off this way. Further down the road, he could see Raiden, continuing to dash ahead, straight into a cafe'. Kai followed behind, noticing the place was empty when he entered, other than two trainers that were sitting about. Raiden quickly made his way over to the smaller trainer, and stood before him, calling out to the other Pikachu. There was a smile on his face, and Raiden was making cheerful noises. Perhaps he was trying to make friends with the other Pikachu? Meanwhile, Kai was looking over towards the hooded female trainer, who was sitting with her Typhlosion. She seemed so distant, much like himself, and so, he figured it'd be best to leave her her be. Just what he'd what someone to think about him if the situation was reversed.

After a few more minutes of waiting Skylynn had finally received her meal she gave the waiter a brief nod of her head and then started to nibble on her food. alittle while longer shrills ran up Typhlosions back causeing him to drop some of his pokemon food back into his bowl as his eyes shifted around the area. feeling her companions uneasiness Skylynn looked up from her food and over to her pokemon, she tilted her head to the side, her lips never moveing when she spoke, but her voice was loud and clear,"whats wrong?"Typhlosion just shook his head and looked back at her with an apologetic look, causeing her own eyes to wander around the area. it was then that she noticed that one trainer was from the road she was just on and was watching the pokemon battle, and then the other boy she noticed was new, Skylynn just shook her head softly before looking back at her companion,"it was nothing. sorry Sky, I guess im alittle fidgety."Sky gave off a silent chuckle, her face showed that she was giggleing but there was no sound comeing from her slightly parted lips. as her silent giggleing came to a soft stop Skylynn looked back at her Typhlosion, her voice speaking but her lips never moveing,"don't worry, your just pumped and ready for a battle. you haven't exactly battled in a while since you evolved.i think you've been in atleast 4 battles since you've evolved into a Typhlosion. so its understandable."Typhlosion just nodded his head and returned to eating his meal, Skylynn reached her hand out and petted him on the head and would scratch behind his ears for a few minutes before returning to her own meal.

Kai's focus on catching Raiden was momentarily disturbed, as he turned to where the two voices came from, bringing him back to the girl and her Typhlosion. A waiter was just leaving after serving her food, and he was a little too far by now to try and engage in conversation with her. Kai raised his cap a little, so it wasn't covering his eyes, revealing the bright Crimson pupils behind it. He was starting to come to the conclusion that her Typhlosion was speaking... but that was impossible, there were very few Pokemon that use human speech, and the last time he checked, Typhlosion wasn't one of them. The trainer might have possibly gone through many teaching lessons with the Typhlosion of basic human speech, and progressed into using full English, which would take a very long time, but it was still possible. His eyebrow perked up at the sound of a battle. Raiden hadn't fought much either lately, they have been traveling for quite a while, but it seems the trainers were moving at a much faster pace, since they always missed them by the time they arrived at the next town. In short, he was itching for a battle.
He let his Crimson gaze settle on the girl at the table. Her aura may seem unsettling to others, but that's just what he liked. It was usually the silent trainers who could provided tough challenges in battles. "Hn." He said bluntly, before lowering his cap back where it was before, and placing his hands in his pocket. He made his way over to the girl, but not too close, it was rather rude to just walk up on someone while they were eating. He was a few feet away, but his voice could be heard clearly, "The name's Kai Takahashi, nice to meet you. Perhaps you'd like to let all of your Typhlosion's pent up energy out in a battle?" He raised his head, facing the girl, his Crimson eyes producing an eerie glow in the shadow under his cap. His voice was calm and relaxed, his face was expressionless, other than his half-slit eyes, giving him a mellow look. His mind being focused on something else at the moment, his Pikachu, Raiden, was still trying to get the other Pokemon's attention. Though Kai was aware that he was in here, he figured Raiden would be fine trying to make friends for the moment.

Typhlosion, hearing the words 'battle' let out a confused growl, but to Skylynn who could hear his thoughts it was a blank,"huh?"Skylynn also had the same 'huh?' expression but never spoke a word. she looked the boy over carefully and then gave a smile before standing up, her Typhlosion mimicking her movements, Skylynn tilted her head to the side and then gave a nod, her response was short and her lips never moveing, but her voice sounded slightly dark, and excited,"im Skylynn. its a pleasure. and that I can agree to. a battle sounds like just what we need."(ooc in spoiler)

Kai took note of the similar reactions between this trainer and her pokemon. They had to be really close, but he found the reaction quite amusing either way. When the Skylynn stood up, she spoke, and Kai was well aware of that, but the weird thing was that her lips hadn't moved one bit while she was speaking. He was hearing her voice, but she wasn't moving her lips? That's didn't make sense. A single eyebrow perked up beneath his cap, as he came to the conclusion that either she was speaking to him telepathically, or she was speaking, without 'speaking' with some other method. Shaking his head slightly to rid himself of the thoughts, he could feel the darkness in her voice, but it wasn't a threatening one. It also carried a hint of excitement, so Kai was pretty sure she was looking forward to this battle as well. A small grin forming on his face, he lowered his cap, and turned on the balls of his feet, until he was facing the exit. "Great. I'll meet you outside the cafe, Skylynn." Now walking through the cafe's exit, he made his way to the center of the street, standing patiently with his hands casually placed inside his pockets. Raiden, who was still trying to play with the other Pikachu, caught the sight of Kai leaving the cafe, and followed after, leaping onto his shoulder once he made it outside.

The music videos are really nice, and some of the songs are very catchy. Change and Bubble Pop are pretty nice songs too, my top favorite would have to be Bubble Pop. Hyuna also sings with JS in 'Trouble Maker'. You should check it out! :3

Skylynn caught the look he had given when he noticed how she wasn't speaking like a normal person. but it didn't bother her, she knew she was different when she lost her voice. Typhlosion looked at her and growled, causeing her to turn around and pay for her meal before following after Kai, and her Typhlosion following after her. once outside she and Typhlosion walked into the street and then to the opposite side as she turned and faced Kai, her Typhlosion moveing to stand infront of her. Skylynn tilted her head to the side again,"you can just call me Sky. and if you would like to know, I am speaking telepathically, I lost my voice when I was a child due from a forest fire I was caught in.i had too much damage to my vocal chords and I lost my voice. but I don't let that stop me from winning battles. or training my pokemon to be the best. so what kind of battle would you like to have?"Skylynn looked over at his Pikachu and gave a small smile until a buzzing sound came from behind her and when she looked back her Houndoom had decided to come out of its pokeball by itself. Skylynn narrowed her eyes before rolling them and shakeing her head, leaveing her Houndoom to do what he wanted. which was just stand by her side and lay down. watching the fight.

Naota knew he wasn't wild. "Oh hey there! Another Pikachu? Nice to meet you. I'm Naota-san's partner!" Pii! Pika pika, pikachuuu... he said happily. Looks like you made a friend, Pikachu... hmm? he looked over at the Pikachu, and then at the trainer of his. He stared in shock as he recognized that guy. That hat... it was the same as Tasuka's. No way... Before paying, he left and ran out after paying. His three Pokèmon tilted their heads s he looked over and followed after him. One of the trainers Tasuka fought... he even told me too. That man had a rare Pokèmon like Tasuka did... who is he?

Sky arrived outside, and stood a good distance away from him in the street. Her Typhlosion took its place in front of her, possibly the pokemon that she would be using to battle with. Good. The sudden sound of her voice rang from within his head, and he simply nodded before casually shrugging his shoulders. A single match is fine for now. If you want a little more, I'm perfectly fine with that. Your move. Since she could speak telepathically, he figured using his mind to communicate with her was much better than wasting his breath. He didn't enjoy talking much anyways, and would of preferred her way of communication any day. The story of how this all came to be was rather sad, but he was glad to see that the event has only made her much stronger as a trainer. He liked that, and wished he could see that more often from other trainers, who gave up when the going got tough. Ignoring the Houndoom that voluntarily chose to leave its pokeball, he looked at Raiden, who was waving and smiling at Sky. The pokemon seem to like her. I guess that only makes sense, for she may be one of the only trainers in the world that can fully understand them. He thought to himself, for he figured by now Sky wouldn't buried in his thoughts, after all, she wasn't a mind reader. Without having to say much, Raiden knew he'd be the one to take on the Typhlosion. Leaping from Kai's shoulder, he gracefully landed on his feet before him, facing his opponent.

Skylynn nodded in response to hearing his answer to her question. basically Skylynn could only hear peoples thoughts when they decided to answer her through their mind. she couldn't read peoples minds, that was a different level of telepathy that she didn't know and probably didn't want to know. Skylynn looked at his Pikachu and smiled softly, only showing it for a few minutes, she never liked to show her 'careing or happy' side for too long. she lifted her hand and waved at the yellow mouse pokemon and then let her appearance fall back into a serious one as the battle started,"alright Ty, lets start things off, use quick attack."Typhlosion growled and then seemed to jump slightly before a pure white light formed around his body and he launched forward towards Pikachu.

Kai silently waited for any reactions coming from the Typhlosion. He was well aware that the trainer was unable to speak physically, and therefore, all communication between her and her pokemon would be done telepathically. That would make things slightly more challenging, and Kai loved a challenge. Suddenly, the Typhlosion reacted, rushing forward, light forming around the pokemon's figure. Quick attack... Kai thought to himself. He knew that move well, and it was somewhat expected that the move would be made first. Priority was important, and an easy way to get an edge on your opponent, but Raiden was primarily built for speed. "Raiden, Quick Attack." He calmly stated, before his Pikachu dashed forward in response, producing the similar light around it's body as the Typhlosion. Moving straight down the course, collision was inevitable.

Skylynn smirked when Kai's Pikachu mimicked their attack. it made a silent chuckle leave her lips, and just a few more seconds before the collision happened Sky would call out,"quick, use flamewheel!"the white light that was wrapped around Typhlosions body erupted into flames as he rolled his body into a ball and would collide head on with Kai's Pikachu, causeing a small explosion.

The sudden change in attacking method coming from the Typhlosion didn't faze Kai in the slightest, but he had to admit it was rather clever. Colliding with the flames would be much more damaging that the normal body contact. "Evade it with your Agility, then counter with a Thunderbolt." Raiden swiftly, dashed to the right in the attempt to escape the collision. Unfortunately, they were incredibly close by the time Raiden committed the action, and the Flame Wheel made contact with Raiden's rear, sending him spiraling off towards the ground. He quickly bounded back onto his feet, his cheeks charging with electricity, before sending it in a fast electric bolt towards the Typhlosion. Raiden's rear wasn't burned badly, but a trail of smoke rose from his tail and thighs, as he made an effort to ignore the pain.
