Chespin*
I'm so looking forward to these new versions. The best part is that they'll be released internationally, which means NA will get X and Y around the same time Japan gets it. This is truly going to be a great thing. To make matters better, it's going to be on the 3DS as well. This is a win/win for me.

No idea what one I would pick, each time I play the game I end up trading and getting all three on one game.
I was gonna pre order them this weekend but my boyfriend took care of that for me as a "Thank you for bringing our lovely baby girl into the world." gift. Now I have to wait to freaking Oct for them sad worst thing ever, announce in Jan then make people wait until Oct for the game.

I'm considering getting a 3ds for this game.

_I’m leaning towards X since I like quadrupedal animals and deer more than birds. Of course, since I rarely bother with legendary pokémon I might change my mind after more pokémon and version exclusives are revealed - although not sure if the latter will happen this time around since Japan isn’t getting it first like they did with every other pokémon game.
Also I really like Fennekin, but I also really like Froakie. I might have to flip a coin over those two depending on what they evolve into.
I don’t have a 3DS either but will probably be buying one close to the time this comes out. lol

i only have Pokemon games (and one Harvest Moon game that was a gift) for my ds, so with that in mind I can't imagine myself purchasing a 3ds for just x and y. of course, if they released a ruby/sapphire remake for generation 6, I might reconsider that statement. the fox starter is my favorite, i don't like the frog, and the grass one is like oshawott's cousin.

The fact that Pokemon X and Y are the beginning of the Generation VI games, this practically solidifies the possibility of a Gen III remake, except brought up with the mechanics of Gen VI. We're definitely getting that remake now, but probably next year.

Should this be a sticky? That way, we can all discuss any and all new information that comes in to us, such as the newly confirmed Sylveon.

This looks really awesome, though I probably will have to wait longer than Oct to get it, especially if it's only playable in 3Ds since I don't have that kind of scratch atm.
I'm interested in seeing if there are any changes in breeding mechanics for this gen because that's like one of my fav aspects of the game, especially chain breeding to have pokes learn certain moves :>

I did not like Black and White at all but I am excited about X and Y!

I'd get it once I get around to buying a 3DS. The poster from GameStops Pre-order I'd like to have.

I haven’t gotten a 3DS, so I’m stuck not being able to play X or Y. I broke out my Gen IV games to cope since I still don’t really know what to do with Black and Black 2. lol

Amending my post from a month ago. I get my 3DS XL (in the mail) and my Pokémon X version (at the store) today. ^^
Edit: Went to the store and they were sold out of X, so I ended up buying Y instead. :/

I ******** love the breeding mechanics in this game. It’s the death of me.
I’m never going to finish my team, guys. I’m just going to breed things, and the thought of having a completely trained team will just be like a daydream.

I feel like I should post here for sake of being able to say that I was right about the Hoenn remakes more than a year ago. XD
