Robert stepped into the Bell Tower entrance after speaking to Miki, a lot on his mind as he strode around, looking for a monk to talk to.. Although the Kimono Girl has stated that the road ahead of him was nearly over, Robert remembered that the Legend of Ho-oh and Lugia had a few requirements that needed to be filled. One was that the person they appear to had to have a pure heart and shining soul. According to Miki, Robert had those qualities already. Next, one had to possess one of three things, A Tidal Bell, a Clear Bell, or an Ocarina from the Orange Islands. Robert had two, thanks to Miki as well. Finally, there was an unnamed third thing that one needed, something that would attract them to their sacred spots and appear to the Trainer they had deemed worthy. If Robert was going to find this third thing, he was going to need to do some research. So his first stop was the place where Ho-oh was said to rest long ago, Bell Tower, to ask the monks there if they knew anything he hadn't learned from his travels or the Kimono Girls.

Our Monks are able to detect those with Evil Intentions, but somehow he got past us. " the monk said with a disappointed expression. " Please, you must get them back from him. If he is able to even capture one of the two, the other will most likely fall into his hands. So please, stop him before the World has to suffer... ". And with that being said the monk handed Robert a plain feather. " The feather will begin to change colors the closer you come to the wings. Silver will be for the Silver wing and Rainbow for the Rainbow Wing. "
