Nickname: Haru
Gender: Female
Race: Meister
Partner: No one at the moment
Weapon/Magic/Animal Style: Haru can pretty much adapt to any weapon, but since her father was a scythe, she feels more comfortable using scythe weaponry. She is also pretty quick, and light on her feet. Instead of using pure strength, she uses her quick reflexes, and size, to be able to dodge most close and far ranged attacks. When it comes to a battle of body strength, she would lose that one.
Age: 17
Alliance: Good
Description:

History: Haru lived in Death City her whole life. Her mother was a meister, and her father a weapon. They were great together when they went to the DWMA, they completely loads of missions, and graduated near the top of their class. They seemed to be getting along pretty well, of course any toddler would see it that way. They hid the fighting from her, yelling in the bedroom, or waiting until little Haru went to sleep. She didn't think anything of it because they seemed so happy whenever she was around. Her father would try to get her to transform to see if she was a weapon, but her mother knew she was a meister, she could just feel it.
As a toddler, there wasn't much training going on, seeing the only thing she could physically wield were crayons and maybe a juice box.
As the years progressed, she finally started to notice the fighting that occurred in her family. The walking out, subtle comments, eye rolls, or the door slams. It seemed like her parents were never happy with each other, but yet they could sync their souls to be great partners.
She never understood it. They were like two different people, but they worked in perfect harmony together. When Haru was a young enough age to join the academy, her father started to train her. Their souls never really went together, but it would do until she found a partner. This was when she was around twelve.
Then when she was fifteen, Haru got her own place, it was near the campus so working for the DWMA paid the rent. She was tired of the bickering, and she was ready to get out of there as fast as she could.
Haru has lived in that small apartment for the past two years now, still with no partner. She mostly jokes to herself that she has to hate her partner for them to sync, she knew that wasn't true, but it seemed to work well with her parents.
Haru never talks to her parents now. They send her money in the mail once a month for food, clothes, etc. but other than that, she has little or no contact with them. The reason for this being that way is they want her to pick a side. Was her mother right, or her father. They would unload all their problems onto Haru in one conversation. It gets tiresome for a teenage girl, so she just stopped contact all together. Only about once a month she will go see them, but it will be for a short period of time, seeing as they live far from the academy.
This affects her ability to find a partner because she can be bitter at times, and un-trusting. So even now she is lacking a partner, even though she has been enrolled in the academy for years. Sure, she has had partners in the past, how else would she do missions? The partnership never really lasted. It would always end up their souls un-syncing while fighting, and they would never be the same again. So she is picky when it comes to weapon partners.
Personality: Haru is intelligent, laid back, and at times, even a smart a**. Little things amuse her, and at times, even pure stupidity can amuse her. She gets excited over little things, and is put into a bad mood if she get's let down. Her mood can change into an instant, it just depends on the situation. She can even be outgoing and cheerful if things are going well, other times, she can be cruel and a bit hurtful. Haru gets pissed off at one or two things. One, her height, she only reaches around five foot tall, and isn't really to proud of it. Two, her parents, her parent's can instantly piss her off, and the mention of them gets her in a bad mood.
Two things can instantly put Haru in a good mood. One, sweets, she eats any type of sweets and stays away from bitter things.
Two, sleep, they do say sleep is the best medicine. Well to Haru, sleepy time, is happy time.
Things she is terrified of: The dark, and thunderstorms.
