So! I couldn't think of a game for my monthly freebie, and I'm also lazy, so here's a free raffle instead.
Only users who have two or less nekos may enter this raffle. (Spirit guides do not count.)
I will draw for a winner on January 25th at 3PM (EST).

Rules
1 • Users may only claim one ticket.
