What do you think about what happened to her in Mai Otome?
I Really think she'll come back. I hope she does she was my second favorite character enxt to Nina.

I LIKE Erstin, but I hope she stays dead.
Because, if they do ANOTHER reset ending, they're just lazy.
And, I don't think they will, because only two MAJOR characters have died, and one of them was non-greensparked.

I really hope she stays dead. Not that I don't like her. Truthfully, I do. But as people have mentioned, the impact of death is a lot less when they didn't really die. Death is supposed to be permanent. ^_^;; I watched Aoi's death scene over and over, but it fails to mean much to me anymore now that I know she's somehow magically alive. I still like the song they used, though.
To be honest, the deaths in this series haven't impressed me much. So far it's been Ertsin, Aoi (but not really), Fia and Argoss, Mimi, Lumen, and John Smith. So basically, they're killing off random characters who weren't in HiME, and that's it (with the exception of John Smith who appeared for a whole ten seconds in HiME).

i liked erstin,she was nice whee but i didnt expect what had happen to happen but i would rather she stayed dead than come back because then it would just be a twisted ending!!
Also I know what you mean Leingod_Fayt i mean how could Aoi stay alive after that fall? was there pillows or a safety mat at the bottom of the cliff? Did some one magically see her 5 seconds before and thought i must rescue?? After that fall i just thought oh theres a nice character gone, theres still more-and then she's back sweatdrop That was dodgy!!!

In ep 24 I was wishing that Erstin would come back...It's so sad without her! crying but then again it would just be like HiME, but then again...i like happy endings! whee Erstin should stay dead....brings more drama to the series....
