Ellie lives on her own ever since her parents died in a car accident 2 years ago. A drunk driver had turned her whole life around before she could blink. Ever since that tragic day Ellie had taken her school work more seriously and graduated with honors. She wanted to continue her parents dreams by opening up her own bakery and naming it after her parents. She is a pretty calm girl, funny to be with and enjoys just having fun with others. When she decided to purchase SOA it was mainly to find some place where she can breath and relax and enjoy some form of freedom without the stress of everyday life.
