Sitting in the center of the GTB grounds lies the administrative building. It is a five story building with a neo-modern architecture meant to display a sleek architecture with a mixture of authoritative sternness. In front of the building sits a white rectangular sign with "GTB" upon it in faux golden letters with a running fountain of water after it. A parking lot spans after it.
