Nothing to heavy here, just give us what religeon you follow. No bashing other religeons, or trying to convert others. Just discuss the basis of your religeon and perhaps why you belong to it... I dunno. xp
For example, I belong to the Pagan belief system.
This is most loosely the belief of whatever you want to believe in. Many belong to groups but most are solitary practitioners because thier beliefs are radically different than those around them.

Ah I know what you mean. Beliefs are the strongest system in the world. Everything in the world is based on a system of beliefs! And thank you for the compliment!
(Also, one of my friends heads the Religeon of Meh, you may want to think about joining. It's for those who believe in something, but don't care enough to convert to another religeon. Kind of a parody on religeon itself, eh?)

Well, I am a buddhist, I was a bald monk in an orange robe before lol, but well since my religion is a branch of buddhism, mine's the Hinayan Buddhism, its just the basics of being a good natured person and you will live happy after experiencing something bad.
My favorite quote out of the book of Dhammapada (book of the hinayan religion) is
"There is no fire like lust, no grip like hate, there is no net like dilusion, and no river like craving"
and the list goes on lol....
but my philosophies on religion are:
"What you say, what you mean, and what you do, they all concide, but they never parallel"
"All the wars in this world were seemingly based on who wanted to be right and people who wanted to prove them wrong to prove that they were right, the person who wins this gets to write and rewrite history" Aznchaos15 (Phill-south)
((lol I love philosophy, I think thats what's keeping me lively and happy right now mrgreen rofl rofl rofl )).

Even as I believe in god and all that, I do not believe in temples and religions. I used to be a Wiccan and manyyyy other religions and none ever really satisfied me, I think the only one left for me is the Buddhist but mostly likely I am a satanic who believes he is god.

I follow Karma, and I think it is the only thing that has any influence in existance. A little good, a little bad, it's all okay; it's what keeps the world interesting.

I follow a mixture, but really, i follow my heart. I've found although it can get you into trouble, people respect you for it...as long as there is logic behind what you are doing.
Bhuddism Paganism Wicca
I thought about Christanity for a while, but...it just confused the hell out of me...but i do like the stories of the Old Testament.

I'm more of a Shinto person, but that isn't an option so i picked the closest one. Bhuddism.
I always admired atheists. I think it takes a lot of faith.
Which kinda rules out Atheism no?

I'm kinda dabbling between Shintoism and Buddhism. I'm trying to decide on which to follow, if I wind up following anything. I'm just mostly a curious person who experiments...

I'm a Protestant Christian, mostly because it's the only thing I've found that makes absolute sense and I like the good feeling I get when I pray. o.O
@Kai: The Old Testament isn't really stories. ~.^ That's one way of looking at it, true enough, but it's really more like the world's most interesting history book. War, blood, assassinations, polygamy... it's the only R-rated book many parents WANT their kids to read. ^^ It really is interesting once you get past the "law" part. Which, I admit here and now, bores the heck out of even me. And I'm a very solid Christian who likes reading. And law.
