I want to make a thread of my own. You can do what you want in this.

Rule number 1: Rules are for dummies.

So always follow the rules.

One time I wished I was an astronaut. Actually, all the time. And I wished I was Spider-Man, not an astronaut.

I wanted to be a vet when I was little.
Then I found out that like 80% of a vet's job is euthanizing animals.

SO now I'm in animation

How is that going anyway? Have you graduated? It's been a while, so I don't remember.

HAHAHAHAHA My Life.

Let's see...
I did a year of marketing.
THEN I got a DEC (Quebec equivalent of an associate's degree) in Fine Arts
Took a year of sculpture. Hated pretentious dicks.
Switched into animation.
SOOO, I'm in my sixth year of post-secondary education and my second year of animation. I should graduate next year and maybe get a cool job/internship~

Haha @ sculptors being pretentious dicks. I never would have guessed. I've heard graphic design kids can be elitist too. Any truth to that?

Either way, I should be done next year too!

Generally, there are a few less hipster douchebags in digital media than in analog media but way more in design than in animation. We only have like five assholes in our program. The rest are all nerdy and cool.

Actually, the second you draw anything that isn't anime, you automatically get called a hipster nowadays. So I guess I am one by default. I hate the pretentious people though gonk

Seriously? I'd be a huge hipster, then. I couldn't stand drawing nothing but anime.

Seriously. I draw everything <3 As someone who LOVES anime, I have to admit that it's one of the most naive art styles. I don't understand people who ONLY like anime.

I think that if I was in an alternate dimension where I was actually good at art, KC Green would be my inspiration.

They shouldn't make these vitamin drink mix packets taste so good. I've consumed 6000% the daily value of vitamin C (which luckily isn't really possible to OD on, but holy s**t), among other things.

Sad that drawing stuff that isn't anime would make you get called a hipster, but who cares? I like stuff with unique style. I like characters with bendy arms and stuff. I love Pendleton Ward's character designs.

I watched a bit of gravity falls a few months ago and that show was da-bomb. If Disney had more of the episodes on it's site I'd probably have sat down and watched the whole first season in one go.
