Takayuki leaned against a support beam in the center of a old factory that used to produce shinobi weapons before the great war destroyed the village. "s**t got so bad around here," he thought to himself, "I wonder if anybody else made it out okay." He looked to his left, out of a busted out window that starred into the wreckage that was once Gaioh. "Its a shame."

Looking out the window Taka would soon notice that someone was walking directly towards the Factory he had taken refuge in. The man walking towards it was wearing a large purple cloak with red trim, had long red hair, and had a sadistic smile on his face. In one of his hands was a Naginata and in the other the head of a Gaioh Ninja.

"Come out you little mice." Chaos said as he gazed around for survivors. "I know some of you are still alive. Come out and join in on my game. Hahaha." Chaos tossed the head away as he continued to walk towards the Factory. "I wonder how many of you are hiding in there. You better run while you still can."

Taka ducked under the window the second he noticed the purple cloak. Onl;y one man... plant.... thing wore it, and Taka knew he was in deep trouble. 's**t!' he thought to himself. 'Do I run and possibly save myself, or do I end this here and now?' His hands were trembling. Chaos had been one of Gaioh's most powerful shinobi and became its greatest threat. But Taka didn't have time to worry or think of the past. All he had time for was surviving, so he made a few hand seals.

"Souton - Uwa Shinjuu no Jutsu [Gravity Release - Outter Decapitation no Jutsu]", he whispered under his breath. Placing his hands on the ground, he mixed his gravitational chakra with a spot of earth a few feet from Chaos directly in his path. The Jutsu worked much like a claymore in the sense that pressure needed to be applied to the spot if he wanted anything to happen, but once it was applied, the gravitational pressure of that spot would rapidly intensif, sinking Chaos into the ground.

Taka placed his hand in his shuriken pouch and waited for Chaos's next move. 'C'mon, you monster...'

Chaos continued to walk forward until he hit the spot that Taka had created. Suddenly the force of the jutsu took effect and Chaos vanished under the earth. It seemed to have had affect but there was one problem with it.

"You know Taka, only one person knows jutsu like that." Chaos said as he started to appeared up from the earth in front of Taka. "I don't think I would of ever found you if you didn't use that jutus."

It was looking grim for Taka already. He knew that Chaos was a master of earth style, how didnt he assume that Chaos could easily get out of that. No matter. Taka noticed Chaos just as his eyes rose from the dirt. Chaos's cold voice burrowed into Taka's ears and gave him goose bumps as Taka jumped back a bit and made a second series of handseals. "Souton - Happa Hirate [Gravity Skill - Blasting Palm]!" Taka channeled his chakra into the palm of his right hand and leapt for Chaos.

"That won't work." Chaos said as he the floor of the factory began to crack, vines emerging from the ground below. "You think such an attack would ever be able to work? How sad, did you forget who I am? Demon Vines, Demon Vine Graveyard!" With those words vines began to shoot up from the ground around Chaos. They sent in every direction surrounding Chaos, each vine as hard as steel. Getting even close to Chaos would result in being pierce by countless vines.

"That isn't all! Demon Vines, Lost Burial Grounds!" Things were going to get a lot worse for Taka now. The vines that had emerged suddenly grew long thorns each one dripping the demon vine poison Chaos was all to well known for using. "You have no chance of surviving! Haha!" Chaos laughed as he vanished behind the countless emerging vines, only parts of his cloak being visible behind the countless vines.

Taka smirked. "You act like I think I had a chance for survival. Haha" Taka leapt into the air, pushing off one of the vines and landing on the other side of it. He dodged the vines carefully, not wanting to touch any of those thorns. He caught a glimpse of purple to his right and turned himself around.

A vine came straight for Taka's head. He ducked, the vine snagging the steel plate on his headband, pulling it off of his head. Taka knew very well there was a better chance of his splitting an atom than beating Chaos, but hey... He had to try. Taka didnt want to die, but if he was going to might as well show Chaos what he's got. "Hiyaaaa!!" Taka thrusted his palm onto a thornless spot of vines, and his jutsu went into effect. Immense gravitational pressure was sent from his palm on impact, hopefully causing the vine, and hopefully any other vines that crossed its path, to fly back and strike Chaos.

The factory was the worst place for Taka to be. Chaos could use those vines anywhere, but in an exclosed area where the floor was cracking and crumbling beneath his feet, this would only further Taka's innability to dodge his attacs. He had to get outside, so he searched for the nearest window, placing his hand on he sill and vaulted himself out.

Chaos didn't move an inch as vines flew towards him, bouncing off of him, once the vines had been severed their hardness had returned to normal. Along with that the thick clothe of his robe the flying vines were nothing, not even the thorns could penetrate to him. A more direct attack would have to be used to harm Chaos.

"Oh, he is trying to escape." Chaos said as he watched his foe jump out the window. Slowly Chaos vanished underneath the earth once more. Outside, were Taka was, vines had already grown over much of the area. Every building in the area had vines growing over them, the vines even emerging from inside some of the buildings, and even a few holding the remains of Gaioh Shinobi.

"Poor little Taka." Chaos said as he emerged up from the earth before him once more. "It is a shame you had to come across me and not one of my men. They would of made your death quick and painless. Hopefully if you are lucky something will happen that will require my attention and I will need to kill you quickly."

Taka had no idea how to combat Chaos. Every time Taka had foolishly challenged him all these years, Chaos toyed with him, and almost killed him nearly every time. When Taka noticed the village, he almost went into shock for a moment. He had just been outside not but five minutes ago at most and it had not looked like this. Bodies were strung up from vines and gave Taka chills. He couldn't lie, Chaos scared the s**t out of him. Always did. But now, Taka wasn't afraid. The village was ruined, his friends were dead. What else did he really have to live for?

'Okay,' he thought. 'Chaos has a lot going to him, especially that spear.' Taka remembered that Chao's spear had the power to cancel jutsu, so Taka decided he wanted to get that away from Chaos somehow. But how? Force? In order to do that, Taka needed to get in close. He was going to have to use more chakra, something he really didnt want to do. Taka had quite the chakra supply, but he knew it didnt hold a candle to Chaos. But if he was gong to die, what difference did it make?

Taka stood straight, head down and his arms raised, making seals. "Y'know, Chaos.... You've terrifyed me ever since I met you when I was just an accademy student. You scared the hell out of me... But I couldn't help but to have respect. Not for you, but for your power. Its been my drive. To one day surpass you, even if it meant death. And now that death is all but assured for me, I guess I can take as many reckless actions as I see fit, eh?"

Taka began to glow a deep purple color, gravitational chakra being released andabsorbed through his pours, recycling the chakra and making a suit of gravitational pressure pressure around his body. He lifted his eyes to the beast that once fought for the village, confident and proud. "I will not allow you to scare me anymore. You may win, you may lose. But if there is one thing I want you to remember, I want you to remember that at the end of the village that once call you friend, at the end of all the carnage and destruction, the last man standing did not fear scum like you."

He clenched his fists, eyes like daggers, glaring so much hate at Chaos he hoped it made him tremble, though he felt like Chaos was fearless. "Remember... That Gaioh may not have been able to defeat you, but someday.... Somebody is going to kick your ******** a**!" He puched off the ground, the jutsu reacting to his body's movements and dereased the pressure pushing down on Taka, making him move faster. He lunged at Chaos, right hand drawn to strike.

Chaos didn't say a word as Taka went on, he listened but at the same time he really didn't care anymore. The Village had failed to do what he wanted but Chaos doubted anyone even know what he wanted in the first place. At the sight of Taka charging towards him, all he could do was smile. "Secret Combat Art, Three Great Spears of War!"

At those words three spears emerged from his back, each one held by a different demon vines. Each of those spears were legendary and each one held a great power. Only one would Taka take note of right away, and with all three of them there was very little Taka could do to stop Chaos. He could of drawn his Naginata as well, an even more powerful weapon, but he didn't want to reveal all its secrets as well.

Suddenly two of the spears holding vines launched up into the air and dived down at Taka, the spear heads pointed directly at him. First Otegine, the spear Taka knew best, would cut through his jutsu rendering him helpless as the second spear, Tonbogiri, would cut him in twine. Tonbogiri, a yari that could cut through anyone and anything brought before it, no defense would be enough to save him from that edge of that spear.

"How little you understand me and the things I tried to do. How little you understand how I tried to help this village, all of this is because the village was to weak!"

Taka had recognized Otegine and did his best to stay clear away from it. As it came down, Taka was able to narrowly dodge it, the blade cutting through the air inches from his face. Whipping his body around, Taka then took notice of Tonbogiri. He had no idea the power it held, as this spear was new to him. He did the only thing he could think to do at the time and stuck his hands infront of him. "Haa!!" The gravity armor surrounding Taka bubbled at his palm and formed a swirling sphere. "Souton - Suingu Dama no Jutsu [Gravity Release - Sling Shot Skill]!" Taka hoped that his jutsu would work. He didnt know if Otegine had to strike the opponent/jutsu in order for it to work, and he didnt know what this second spear did. He hoped this would work, otherwise it would all end here.

The the second spear came close enough to the sphere, the ball of gravity should have lashed out, and started wrapping itself around the spear handle, swinging it around and sending it back at Chaos. It didnt work and Taka survided the attack, there was only two more jutsu he had chakra for that could possibly turn the tide of the battle. And even then... He still had to worry about those evil spears.

The yari flew back at Chaos but didn't make contact as Chaos quickly grabbed hold of the handle. The vine then raised the spear back behind him, pointing the tips back at Taka. The three spears were the biggest dangers as Taka had no way to defend against all three of them at one time.

"It is funny. I searched long and hard to find these yari, and when I finally got all three I realized that there was no way to wield all three until I thought of using them this way. Tis a shame that using this style limits their overall usefulness but it doesn't matter." Chaos said as he reached up and pulled Otegine out of the vines grasp and into his own personal grasps. "However I think this will work. Secret Combat Art, Wedge Driver!" With those words Chaos charged forward at Taka.

"You won't last much longer at this rate little Taka." Chaos said as the yari's blade began to glow a faint violet, Chaos's chakara infused with the blade. What Taka didn't know was that even if dodge the main yari the two from Chaos's back would pincer in at the moment he dodged. The question was would he dodge right or left?

The answer? Taka didnt dodge. He took a step forward and made hand seals. "Blurry vision!" A simple genjutsu, but effective enough if it worked. As its name states, it caused an opponent to get blurred vision, as if they were drunk and it feels real enough. Taka then reached behind him, grabbing his pair of kama and swinging them around his wrists, he lunged himself at Chaos.

((Sorry about not posting for a bit, went on vacation and came back to have to do a lot of work.))

Chaos smiled as he caught the two Kama with his hands. Chaos just shook his head at Taka. "Taka you should know better, my senses are handled very different from yours. Without specific knowledge of the way body works general genjutsu like that won't work. However let me show you a genjutsu the you will find fascinating." Suddenly Chaos's eyes glowed yellow and his genjutsu quickly began to take effect.

Kill him. Eat him. Devour him. Drain him. Shred him. Voices echoed out in Taka's head. It was a constant stream of those thoughts, each one echoing out within his head. Yet there was another side of this Genjutsu as it effecting both parties equally. "I can hear your thoughts, your doubts, your fear of me. Tell me Taka what do you hear from me?" Chaos knew exactly what Taka was hearing, it wasn't Chaos's voice but rather the voice of the vines that made up his body.
