GROWTH RULES
1: Are you currently marked as being active? AKA your JW Character is still on the front page of the main thread? Check this. If yes see the next step.
2: Are your reqs done? Excellent! See the next step.
3: Is a growth slot open? Awesome! Proceed to step four!
4: Gather your reqs and cut paste them into a post here! That is not all! <3
5: Take the below form that applies to your Pokemon. The first form is for Pokemon evolving to children! The second one is already humanoid Pokemon evolving to teen or adult. Fill out the form and put that in your post as well.
6: And now you merely need to wait as the artists do their magic! ^_^ Speed of growths depends on RL and how much its distracting the artists, please giving them time! So long as things go well in RL then all will be lively and things will get done promptly. <3
If your Pokemon/Child/Teen isn't on the front page, aka is marked as Inactive, you CANNOT get a growth slot. If you want to take them off the inactive list let someone in the crew know in the thread or via PMing the mule. Once that is done you can get a growth slot the next time around NOT the present one.

Hair Style: I'd like feathers instead of hair of any kind on the body (maybe a messy crest or shaggy "hair" style like poofy pigtails or something)
Eyes: Maybe wild or intense? Color is same as you had them before
Attitude/Nature: Hasty (she's kind of scared and grumpy right now which makes her act a bit aggressive)
Clothing Style: military/marching band (maybe the same coat? perhaps the arms blew out, she's a bit larger now, hehe!)
Pokémon Features:
- Make her as animalistic or human-like as you want (I am not going to ask you to do something difficult/awkward like a beak; just do what you want/feel comfortable with).
- Please keep the wings! They're also her hands! :3
- Please keep the leek~ she will train with this (eventually, say as an adult, she will have a sabre that she commissions to look like a leek when sheathed)

Clothing Style: Something like this: Reference Picture have fun with the color etc, but something along the lines of a dress/sleevless jacket thingy
