Description: Each fighter will receive an unmarked package delivered to them either through standard postage or through courier late in the evening. Inside is a standard GPS device with a location preloaded. Those savvy with the local area will notice the indication located is a seedy part of Barton town. Known for it's projects, slums, and red light districts. Common establishments include brothels, clubs, greasy diners, tiny apartments, and pawn shops.

It'll be night time before anyone will be able to reach the indicated location. It appears awfully run down, with decaying buildings covered with graffiti and trash laying about. The complete lack of official personal or equipment might make one wonder if this was a set up, at least until their opponent arrives. A few low lifes linger around, with mixed reactions as the fights commence. Some will drunkenly cheer random fighters on, while others might threaten to call the cops. More still will opt to just ignore whats going on, as if it was just another day in the life. If one is observant, they might notice a particular silvery haired girl sitting near the entrance to a nightclub with a friend, both of whom seem to be paying close attention.

Sure hope you all can recognize each other!

Field Measurements: Roughly 40 foot square paved lot. This does overflow to some degree

Ten Count Boundary: Stepping into the street or any of the adjacent businesses will start the ten count. This, however, may be worth it due to the items listed below.

Bonus: Due to not being properly cleared before the matches, there are all sorts of impromptu items littering around. 2x4s with nails, broken bottles and shards of glass, lengths of metal piping all are options for the opportunist fighter. Who knows what else the nearby dumpster might hold. On top of that, an enterprising fighter might opt to risk the 10 count to grab a weapon from one of the nearby businesses. Chairs, pool cues, and even knives are options from the various places nearby...if they can get in and out again in time.

This had been exceptionally hard for 'Sassin. A package was like the worst thing int he world. So easy to use as a trap. A weapon. A bomb. It made her skin crawl and it wasn't until she had set up a ten foot pole with knife on it (while positioned at the edge of a cracked ajar window so she would be launched out in a worst case scenario) that she had managed to open the package.

The GPS didn't comfort her. Nothing did about a package that said 'go to this set location'. It screamed trap. She damn near didn't go if she didn't realize this was probably just some tournament gimmick. On realizing it she swore to punch whoever made this decision in the ******** face for making her spend an entire hour opening a package.

Didn't they know there had been an explosion recently?!

But arriving at the scene she noticed, well, the place looked promising. Plenty of exits. Plenty of shops. Plenty of... Ooooh goody. Metal. Metal everywhere. Metal nails. Metal pipes. Knives concealed here and there. Dumpsters! It was like a psycho kittae playground. She positively squee'd with assassin delight at the thought of just how easy this would be.

"Oh yeah," she said, ignoring all other factors to immediately toss the lid of the dumpster open and peek inside, making sure to through glances left, right and over her shoulder every other second. Paranoia Cat was not about to let her delight get his distracted.

Most of the participants anxiously waiting to get back out there did a multitude of things to pass the time between rounds. Some thoroughly reviewed results of their previous battle, many probably trained vigorously to maintain their physical form for the upcoming battle, and naturally a few individuals like Darius paid no heed towards it all and instead indulge by celebrating. For the vulgar ex-priest it all summed up to chugging copious amount of alcohol, ******** sluts whether it was a fight fan, staff of the resort, or even prostitutes, and of course enjoying practically any drugs that were not completely banned out of fear of augmenting their fighting prowess. Perhaps because of his questionable activities when the package he received late at night it was somewhat convenient since he was wide awake. Without hesitation he opened the package to discover a GSP device, shifting his composure the moment it dawned to him with a location preloaded that it was time to rumble once again.

Slipping on his typical garb with addition to a leather vest after all the injuries inflicted onto him against that battle surgeon bishie he killed. A sociopathic b*****d whose violent tendencies always seemed unfulfilled based on the social norms and regulations bestowed through the law, this tournament was a sanctuary for the barbarous bruiser. Exiting the resort with haste with a depraved smile drawn onto his scarred face, Darius hopped onto his jet black 1200 Custom Harley, strolling along with the GSP active to lead him to his destination. His mode for transportation alerted the denizens of this shithole in Barton Town. This was definitely the type of cesspool that made this location perfect for a gritty guy like Darius Kranz. Parking his Harley he took a glance at his environment better to assess things more thoroughly.

" Much better than that arena, maybe after all of this I can go clubbing. For now I suppose that clubbing is reserved for my opponent. ARE YOU ******** READY FOR ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT?!!!!!!!"

Knowing his luck whoever he was facing was lurking in the shadows, prepared for an ambush if it should actually occur.

At the arrival and thus shouting of Darius 'Sassin had all but scrambled her ninja-garbed furry white hide up and into the dumpster with a clatter as her boots crushed down onto the contents of the damn thing. It stunk pretty bad, but at the same time she felt like she was at home. She herself was armed simply and typically. A bump up her right sleeve of a concealed weapon and a pair of metal fans at her side. But right now she was freaking out because oh god shouting, and pulling the lid of the dumpster down over the top of her with a loud CLAMP.

After a moment of composing herself and brushing down her fur standing on end, 'Sassin poked her head up, lifting the lid with one hand so that only her eyes and flattered ears could really be seen peeking out from the darkness at Darius. Dumpster kitties tail flicked as she spied on him.

A thunderous clamp echoed throughout the vicinity, pondering on the source of the noise. Not exactly proficient in seeing in the dark, he would have difficulty in discerning what was hiding in what appeared to be a dumpster. It wasn't hard to presume this was possibly his adversary, however, Darius was never the subtle type to begin with. Truthfully he was oblivious to the identity of the entity hiding, keeping himself vigilant in his surroundings for the most part.

"COME OUT YOU SCARED LITTLE b***h! "

Those predatory instincts of him to never let up, drawing out two black cylinder like baton in each hand. Anyone susceptible to reading energy reading could witness him conducting his malicious Morsatra Energy through those baton gripped onto each hand. Sassin was in the clear, but the clamp only reinforced the idea of not letting his guard down even amidst his verbal taunts. One major disadvantage was his excessive yelling filled with hostile intent would have prying eyes attracted towards him, yearning to draw out his enemy and finally get this party started.

"No!" came the defiant cry of the cat in the dumpster, staring at him with gleaming blue eyes. "Why don't you come in here!"

Fortunately for Darius she had no ability to sense power levels, and she had been struck with a god awful playful mood. The bane of being a cat, really. Sometimes you just wanted to try and catch a fly or a lizard that you saw. Or sleep. So much sleeping.

Right now she was somewhere between 'chase a feather on a piece of string' and 'maul the hand that pets you'.

However instinct prevented her from stupiding out too hard, and she drew her metal fan with her free hand, what with her left hand holding the dumpster lid just slightly open so she could watch him.

Not only was he dealing with a complete coward, but a childish one at that as his batons retracted into five foot spears. Whether or not this was a simple plot to force the brutish brawler to enter within this peculiar creature range mattered little once it uttered the words to provoke him into the offensive, sensing no fighting would ever commence should he allow his mischievous opponent to linger in the dumpster. Withdrawing one of the spears as the weapon shrunk back into its original form, Darius cocked his left arm back as if telegraphing a hay maker or a monstrous hook. Radiating through the fist of that arm was Morsatra Energy, crackling with power with ill intentions. Ludging his arm forward shot out condensed energy shaped by his fist and thrown with great velocity, traveling at 110 mph as his fearsome Makai Bullet headed straight towards the cowardly b*****d.

Through its outstanding speed and mighty concussive force, Darius launched the first maneuver to have the dumpster dented severely or perhaps if he was very lucky completely penetrate through his little shield to startle this mysterious combatant. He would slowly proceed with caution, right hand still gripped onto his retractable spear to counter in case of retaliation. Reicher at least brought him entertainment to some extent, this person only irritated him thus far. This battle would start one way or another.

No stronger to danger, 'Sassin wasn't about to get caught out. The moment she saw the hand being drawn back she promptly let the lid fall over her and pressed all hands and feet against the dumpster to hold herself up over the trash, a small gap of air between her stomach and the nearest bag.

And then the spear struck, tearing a firm hole in the side of the dumpster and thoroughly buffeting it as a small tumble of litter escaped the most tightly squashed bag. Other than being a bit shaken from the attack, well braced against all sides with her hands and legs she wasn't harmed. Her fur stood up on end giving the impression of a much larger foe... On all three places it poked out. Around her ankles, wrists and neck.

Her fan was still in hand, clenched tightly in a fist against the wall, and it was her time to strike. Throwing the lid up and open she rose upright in one smooth movement, planting herself knee deep in trash and gunk to violently gesture with her right hand at Darius.

Lurching from it came ten foot of chain, along with what could only be described as a snakes head made entirely of metal with four fangs. The chain was slim and light, but the viper head with its mouth cocked open as if to bite looked a fair bit heavier, likely one solid mass.

And should the snake mouth draw too close to Darius it would bite, fangs with enough power to clamp down with a snap-lock. Her hands crossed for her left to grasp at the fan and snatch it from her right, giving her free reign to grab at the chain from her right sleeve should she find need to.

And accompanying this attack with a vicious hiss of a cat under the face mask and an angry growl punctuating the air a moment after. An alley cat. How appropriate she practically came from a feral line of cats.

With her ankles (or rather just her boots) in the trash she was left at around five feet tall, and not much in the way of bulk, but muscles could be seen along the tight fabric.

[ It wasn't the spear he launched as I clarified to you via pms. Figure would address that and proceed to keep things rolling. Obviously point out if you edit ]

A fundamental hunting strategy was flushing out your quarry and in this particular situation this was an accurate way to describe this little predicament. He mostly thrived for close confrontations, not one of those deranged killers who relished the hunt. Fixated at the now damaged dumpster that became a sanctuary for his opponent, Darius was not amused over this game of predator and prey. Although the reckless offensives seem tempting, unlike the previous arena there were enough objects to make things horrendous should he make a tragic mistake in his charge.

Temptation beckon the violent combatant to advance closer, already moving in a stealthy pace with one hand clamped tightly onto his five foot retractable spear. Springing out from the trash was an enchanted chain with an animated snake head bearing its fangs out. Improvising on the spot as the snake went to strike, muscle memory, alertness of his surroundings, and just honestly expecting a physical response should he get into striking distance made defending at least a possibility. Throwing his automated left arm into the fray to take the bite, it mattered little where it bit as he intentionally utilized it to shield himself.

Adamant towards the idea of inflicting bodily harm onto his immature opponent, without hesitation he grappled onto the chain with haste to keep his adversary from committing any sneaky hit and run maneuvers. Not necessarily the most intelligent means to response, but he was itching to get physical as he immediately attempted to constrict the chain by tangling it around arm to render it mostly useless or at least make it harder to wield. Distracted by the item currently if his attempt bare fruit he would proceed to play a little tug and war, pulling the feline into his striking range by standing his ground and plant himself properly. The hissing indicated more about his opponent, a tad bewildered whether it was another alley cat or his partner in crime as Darius was mostly oblivious to who were the other participants minus a few like that pompous psion.

"Oh my god two for two," exited the catgirls mouth as the chain gave greater length, an unusual thing to do since the entire time it remained tight and taut in Darius grip. It was actually metalmorph in action, sapping from gauntlet to chain At the same time the chain grew thinner and sharper, helping ti maintain a specific length, until it was sharp like razor wire.

"I wonder if I can get a hattrick."

The fan clacked open above her head in an elaborate and showy gesture while one boot was braced against the front of the dumpster to hold Darius in place. And then at once her arm swung, fan sharply swinging at the air and unleashing a razor sharp slice of wind that hurtled for Darius shoulder to sever the arm from flesh.

Metal and armour were fairly resistant to the wind, but when you got down to wood and flesh? They tended to get sliced cleanly. She was looking to dismember him from the shoulder down.

Through his psychotic enthusiasm Darius allowed his opponent to completely capitalize on this opportunity presented to her by the urge to forcefully flush her out of the dumpster by overpowering his foe in a battle of tug and war. Obviously he did not anticipate this level of manipulation with the chain, clinging onto his automail arm, reminding him of piano wire as it hugged onto his appendage for dear life. A clacking sound made the aggressive sociopath more attentive of the situation in hand, entering a stalemate thanks to that annoying boot bracing onto that damn dumpster. Who knew that such a simple container lurking in the slums would be so troublesome, making him irate just for allowing his violent tendencies control him.

A sharp noise was briefly heard and the clacking itself kept him prepared to face the consequences for his actions. Attempting to move forward, Darius held out spear vertically which caused his arm to be in an arch. The tournament dictated no fatalities would be allowed, estimating that this secondary attack was targeting the remaining limbs. Propelling the weapon to the best of his ability even if designed to be wielded with one or two hands, making the appropriate wrist rotations and techniques he saw demonstrated through kung fu flicks, just not as awesome sadly. This temporary defense would lessen the attack by an extent, unaware of what was actually trying to hit him. The polearm was made of similar material to the automail arm, neutralizing the attack meant to cripple him severely. Instead all he felt was some a laceration entered via the side of the right arm, scoring first blood as he moved closer with his constricted arm pointing closer to the dumpster. Barely avoiding that he proceeded to get closer to close the gap between them.

She chose to manually reel in the chain this time. As the slack grew heavier with his progress forward she wound it around her metal gauntlet. Her boot lowered from the side of the dumpster to give her a firm base again as she watched her opponents defence not-quite handle her razor wind.

Choosing to bide her time all she did now was metalmorph her fan into a small punch dagger, clutched tightly in her robo-glove.

[ Feeling very ill so sorry if this post isnt that grand.]

Blood started to escape from his fresh wound, still substantial as a confident booster for his opponent. Admittedly his aversion towards over analyzing things amidst combat did get him into horrible situations like this, forcing the depraved combatant to use his insight to adept and perhaps exploit a weakness in this person strategy whom he has yet to see completely thanks to the trash and the dumpster itself. It was truly frustrating to face this type of an opponent, preferring one bold enough to face him in close quarters combat or hell someone not hiding at least.

Difficulty in moving forward was apparent the heavier the slack grew, channeling his rage and bloodlust to otherwise motivate the sluggish brawler to get to his destination. Darius was bidding for time too, displaying patience where most based on conversations would perceive as impossible. Some quarry required more discipline and tactics, reluctant to utilize it but understood it was necessary nonetheless. With the spear still clenched onto his fleshy digits, he continued to move, enveloped in an aura of Morsatra Energy. Precautions would be made until he could gauge this opponent properly.

"Hey," 'Sassin said as she raised one boot up to the edge of the dumpster, punch dagger held off to the side slightly, as if preparing to try and stab him. "So... Like, are you doing anything later?"

In reality it was to throw off her opponent. 'Sassin really was not the flirt type, and anyone with the slightest inkling of being flirted with could probably tell it was slightly put on in voice.

After that statement she kicked up, using the small boost on the bottom of her robo boots to launch her up out of the dumpster, angled up above Darius as she thrust her punch dagger down. But this wasn't an attempt to stab him at all. Quite the opposite. She was trying to push him.

In one elaborate jumping punch she unleashed a powerful cylinder of wind which traveled at 30mph for fifteen feet, weakening in time. However, those within her deadly ten foot kill zone would find the unfortunate full force of the attack launching them away, enough force to roughly throw someone another ten feet away.

But due to the sudden downwards angle provided by both jumping from the trash and the boost of her boots the wind was likewise tilted down for Darius middle section. This would likely result in one of two things; he would either be forced down for the ground or hurtled away from the attack.

Fortunately in his favour was the dispersion of the attack, meaning the wind was spread across a wind enough area to not have a piercing or even whiplash effect from the force Just a very strong push.

"SUCK A d**k! "

Multitasking became an manageable task for a veteran brawler like himself who was use to combatants who utilized a repertoire of feints, ruses, and various unsportsmanlike tactics that obviously came in handy in fights. Stalking her movements with his eyes, Darius finally was granted the opportunity to see who was hiding in that dumpster the whole time. The agonizing realization that he descended into facing the rejects if his previous opponent was any indication left him completely bewildered that a furry was his opponent.

Such a dingy discovery had even the gritty sociopath startled for a few seconds as she elevated her position. Unable to compose himself in time to launch an appropriate response there went his adversary with more wind shot into within his crosshairs. Lacking time to brace himself, Darius started to glide from the force of the winds itself. Hurling back he prompted for an early exit from this aerial ride, driving his retractable spear to puncture the ground at the cost of damaging the polearm as he skidded to slow the momentum of the push enough to gain his bearing by landing roughly on his feet. With the chain still attached he predicted this cat would try to manipulate it, preparing himself for any other attacks planned. Sassin would not keep the pace of the fight for long.
