10. All non-founding members shall start as students and cannot progress to higher power levels unless they play apart in a big battle. Higher levels being releasing your Shikai or Bankai mastering Kidou stuff like that. If you want to have a higher rank than Academy Student you need to send Sage435 an Rp example to verify your skills.

If you break any rules you will be sent a pm. If you break the rules 3 times you will be banned for a month. 9 times and you are banned for good.
