I'll go in blind. Also, my character doesn't translate over to the charge system, but you'll be able to tell what determines the power of his techniques.

A Basketball Court
Heita standing at 5'9' 185lbs was an athletic man in build so it came as no surprise that he often engaged athletic hobbies, basketball being his current favorite. Street ball to be specific.
Problem was every now and again things got a little carried away when you played with other. Bigger problem was, a little carried away escalated to bigger things on Gaia, so here he was. About to put some toddler to sleep overall a foul.
Now this was bullshit. Jahiro threw the basket ball in his hands down on the floor, sending it bouncing around the court. One of the other guys moved out of the way, knowing Jahiro could throw some s**t pretty ********' hard.
" Now, I ain't havin' yer s**t. That was a foul, and yew know it, p***k. " The one eyed merc shouted across the court.
He wasn't one for bullshit, or waiting things out. It was all action, movement, fighting. And he'll if he was gonna have some bullshit! Jahiro's hand went for his pocket, and pulled out a knife. With a flick of his wrist, a sleek, seven inch blade was swung out. " You gonna rethink yer s**t, or is'it gonna be a fight? " All five feet, eleven inches, and 176 pounds of the merc were pissed.

Heita put up one finger and walked off to the side line to adorn his favorite argument ending thesis. " That pick was good... you just a b***h!" Heita spouted as he revved the engine to his H.F.O. attached to his right arm and finished ******** Banana flavored Heita-aide. He would give the man no time think on how he was going to use his knife to initiate this fight. Dashing forward , Heita forward left would be about a foot away from the opponent. Clearing Jahiro's knife hand with the face of the rotating sheild Heita would attempt to power through Jahiro's innate guard with a left 50 Cal Air Raid.
The street brawl was underway. Jahiro would more then likely find the flashing text before him and the sudden appearance of a green bar above Heita and an equally as long yellow bar below Heita to be a bit a disorienting.
50 Cal Air Raid - A variant of 50 Cal using a short uppercut that can cause an opponent to “seize-up” from shock.[50% of the Aggression bar]

Strike Force Mode:
H.F.O (Heita’s ******** you up Object) - A stainless steel motorized shield, a foot long in diameter. It has polished Teflon surface tempered for varying degrees of heat and cold.The shield sits upon a handheld housing that acts as both a remote and battery. The shield is connected to the housing via a retractable 5ft tether line. The remote allows the shield to change rotational directions.
Innate Abilities:
Strike Force - A by-product to Heita's innate ability to control the kinetic energy within his body, Strike-Force is the embodiment of Heita's vow of celibacy. Due to the increase testosterone from a lack of release, Heita generates a higher output of energy then the average genetically perfect human and is subsequently shot out as concussive blast during moments of high adrenaline.
Enhanced Genetics - Heita has the power of Grey Skull and Hyperactive Trick-ism flowing through his veins, making him as fast, strong, agile, and cunning as the peak of human evolution will allow.
Red-Line - A byproduct of Strike Force, this secondary application of energy attributes to Heita’s speed. It allows him "burst" movement to cover ground faster and further than the average enhanced human. This gives Heita a mouse like speed in a fight but also makes him vulnerable to fights spanning over 5 minutes before resting.
Looks like it went there. With a smirk, Jahiro sent the pulse of Od that would activate his runes. He used the time Heita guzzled down his stupid drink, and shouted out weird s**t to activate The rune on the back of his right hand. Under the glove, Heita wouldn't notice the dull glow as the rune meshed into Jahiro's pale a** skin.
This was gonna be good. With the sudden rush of power, dilating the battle mage's pupil's, Jahiro widened his stance. A Dash, and that stupid ******** shield. He drew his knife hand towards his body, and stepped back with his right foot, twisting his body back. He ducked lightly, before springing into counter attack.
With the added power and durability to his body, Jahiro brought the right side of his body forwards again, pivoting on hislft foot, and bringing his right into the air. His foot would fly for his opponent's head, ready to knock that shot the ******** off.

Assessment: Back spinning Hook Kick.
Heita felt something dangerous coming, call it fighting instinct and would quickly drop (bobbing) under the leg and force his body past the leg as it swept across his hair over head (weave). To re-catch his balance Heita would slide his left out at diagonal further left. This would essentially widen his leg stance and allow him to maintain his current height. Generating power off the back leg, Heita would execute a wide arcing right hook as Jahiro's right leg was more then likely descending. The hook would travel mid-level, ready to punish anything in it's path.
Even more concerning would be the fierce orange glow surrounding the manuver as Heita himself let out a shout. " Heita CANNON-ON-ON-ON! "
Heita Cannon - Mid-range hooks and overhands backed with strike force for increased damage capable of blowing apart soft material.
The devastation of the move itself was nothing to sleep on but Heita was literally jamming his fist into the man by stepping in with the hook. He wanted to cave Jahiro in at impact if possible. Nobody calls him out on the court like that. Nobody.

The meta human couldn't block that swaggin' s**t. All he could do was watch the orange glow suffuse from Heita's fist before it impacted straight on his guy. Oh, the gut!
With his leg descending, Jahiro's balance was way the ******** off. He was set sprawling, and turned the motion into a roll. He got to his feet at the end of the roll, only a few feet away from his opponent. He let out a sharp breath, and spat, letting out a lookie tasting of bile. Where Heita had hit him, there was a steaming rip in his black shirt, and the skin that showed was a vibrant red.
s**t, that hurt. Thanks to the rune he had activated, which came out of it without much flak. Still hurt like a sum b***h though. Jahiro used that momentary spark of anger, and used it to help him focus. Another burst of Od. The rune on his knife activated, momentarily glowing with a dull orange light. While it was hard to see, the knife would retain just the slightest tinge of orange around it's edges, being inanimate and all.
He'll no, he wasn't goin to take a hit like some b***h. Jahiro pumped his legs in his own dash, returning to his previous position quickly. The new found strength afforded him only the slightest increase in speed. There was a rune for that, but it wasn't time to activate that s**t.
Wile he ran, Jahiro tossed his knife to his left hand. Since Heita was holding his shield on the right side, might as well try and take that s**t out now. He neared, and executed a quick stab towards the shield's surface. He hoped that Heita would see it as going for the arm, and let it hit that shield. With Sowilo active, the knife that probably wasn't for s**t a minute or two before would tear through that mess like it was butter. The quick stab was followed by a down ward pull, with the intention of bisecting the shield, and taking out that hand that it was so neatly attached to.

Assessment: SHIELD STAB!
How was he suppose to know any better? Sure it was strange for Jahiro to stab at his shield with a pocket knife but he figured that given they were on Gaia, there was a high possibility this mook was insane. So when the knife hit the rotating shield and pressure was applied by the being behind it. It took Heita a little bit to notice that the shield was being carved into.
Heita was just too busy prepping.
As Jahiro began to apply committing force to the shield, Heita would bring in his right back foot and then swing his left toward Jahiro so that Heita left arm would shoot under Jahiro's offending knife hand. With a quick popping motion, Heita shield arm would over turn so that his right palm would press against the meat of Jahiro knife wielding hand.
Heita was a attempting an arm break at the most or a judo hip-toss at the least.
Jahiro knew something was up when he felt the foot work under his opponent going crazy. He used the second or two of time he had after carving into the shield to place his right foot behind him, as a sort of lever against which to push his opponent.
There wouldn't be a foot to trip, so the focus went to Jahiro's arm. This guy was strong sure, but hell, the increased durability that came with the rune wouldn't let anything break unless it was like... A bomb. He felt his arm bend awkwardly, before he pressed his left shoulder forwards to offset the movement. Push him a little, make it so that the awkward hold would be harder to maintain. Jahiro threw his free hand forwards, grasping the loose material on Heita's left shoulder for stability. He wouldn't let him back up.
In that same moment, he pushed off his left foot, and twisted his hip, so he could bring his left knee towards Heita's crotch. There wasn't anything so low, like hitting a dude in his jewels, that Jahiro wouldn't stoop to.

Assessment: You know how when you get hit in the nuts and you take a minute to ask yourself, Did I just get hit in the nuts? and THEN the pain comes in... yeah
"Sonofa...uuuh" The words came out hurried and heavy. Heita would've keeled over if he could but at the moment, he was engaged with both arms. He felt his legs buckle slightly as his body tried to cope with the pain.
Pissed, Heita would regain his composure enough to reposition his left arm (which had failed to execute the break but was still under Jahiro's arm.) for an elbow to Jahiro exposed ribs. After impact, Heita would break free of their entanglement and reset his guard to that of a traditional boxing stance.
With his ribs stinging after the elbow, Jahiro was half forced to release his hold on Heita. The two backed up from each other, and each took their stance. Jahiro had his right hand forwards, and his knife hand before his belly, with the bladed edge facing his opponent.
He let out a sharply held breath, and started moving again. He wasn't going to let any advantage he had drop, even if his opponent was defended. It was time for a rune.
The familiar rush of Od focused around Jahiro's pointer finger as he pointed it towards Heita like a gun. The rune glowed on the tip of his right pointer, and a ball of fire flashed between the two. Jahiro was betting that the distance between the two would force Heita to block with what was left of his shield.
He dashed the few feet between them, and hopped slightly off of his leading right foot. His knife hand plunged above Heita's guard, aiming to gouge a neat mark through the clavicle, and into his chest cavity. It wouldn't be fatal, but man, would it suck.

Ansuz A fire rune that has a variable price and variable power. It can either be used as a fire ball, a spout of flame, or even a wild blaze depending on how many magic circuits are used.

Assessment: s**t just got real.
Sometimes to make an omelet, you gotta break some eggs. Jahiro was coming straight in extending his left and subsequently bring his left side forward. The left side Heita had been abusing this entire match. So in order to the finishing touches on Jahiro's humble pie, Heita had to get cut by the knife.
Heita's left arm came up instead of the right, letting Jahiro's knife stab deep into forearm meat. All the while Heita's right (shield arm) came up on Jahiro's extending left and palmed the man's shoulder with enough force to teeter Jahiro off balance but not necesarily push.
Heita was simply making sure he had a clear path.
Mortar Knee Strike - A forward jumping knee strike propelled by strike force, allowing the execution of the move to cover 2 feet and be performed faster. [75% of the Aggression bar]
Heita's right knee shot forward and into Jahiro with enough force to down a through-bred and the pressure was continually being applied as the sunset power spewwed from Iyam's Air-Heita's.
Jahiro had nothing, absolutely nothing, to block that incoming knee. With a great heave of breath, right after he landed, Jahiro rose back up from the pure force of that knee. Whatever this guy Heita was pumping out was some solid stuff. Jahiro was damned lucky to have the Sowilo active to save him from the serious beating he would have otherwise been sent running over. The Mage knew in the back of his mind that he would need to renew the mark soon, or he was in for it.
There wasn't any time now. So, he grit his teeth against the train wreck blowing against his gut. He refused to let go of his knife, imbedded as it was in Heita's arm. His knuckles turned white from the grip he was exerting on the ergonomic plastic handle, and his eyes were scrunched in a mixture of effort and pain.
In the mean time, Jahiro shot his free right hand forwards, and grabbed the back of Heita's neck, making sure he had a solid death grip. He just waited the ******** out of this move.
When it began to falter, Jahiro moved. He used the lever of both his knife in the guy's forearm, and the death grip of super hell on the back of his neck to angle his lower body forwards. With a huge grunt, he brought his right knee up, and back, before slamming it towards Heita's midsection. A broken rib or two, and some serious internal damage. Jahiro's strength was nothing to be messing around with at this point.
Jahiro was starting to get a little desperate. If his rune deactivated, and another attack like that came, it'd be the end of the fight. Sure, he was more durable than most humans. But this s**t could blow a whole through a bull. What would a ******** human be?
